I love the plug-in just hate how long the name is when opening WPBakery menu in my site.

1. Please download the latest version from your codecanyon.net account (‘Downloads’ tab).
After that, install it again in your website, ‘Plugins’ menu.
You will be asked to ‘Replace current with uploaded’ and you’ll click that button.
2. When you insert a new instance make sure you set a unique ID for each instance from the player settings.

1. It’s a complex add-on and it can be inserted as first level or second level element on the page. Which means it can be inserted directly on the page or in a row. You should insert it in the wp-admin back-end, like presented in the video tutorials.
2. If the problem persists, are you using the ‘original’ version of Visual Composer or some version which came with the theme?
3. If you are using the ‘original’ version and you still don’t see the add-on the Add Element pop-up, please send me a temporary user & pass to your wp-admin, to take a look.

You need to include it in the page like you do with any Visual Composer addon.

First off. Great Plugin. I purchased this last week after trying a number of other plugins. This one by far blew the others out of the water.
I installed the plugin and it was working great until yesterday when the player mysteriously disappeared from the page. The plugin is activated and everything looks fine in the back-end but it’s just not showing on the front page. I am going to send you a support request to office@lambertgroup.ro

Not sure what I did…but, I edited the width in a column and refered to mp3’s outside of WP and it works great now….looks very nice. Great plugin.
