Very outdated. Doesnt work with a lot of things and settings are limited too not very helpful ones... Wish I hadnt bought all of their products..

This plugin and all of its extensions are easy to setup and use. I would happily recommend this to someone looking to set up a useable and clean looking WordPress community site.

The plugin owners are thieves. I could not get the plugin to work properly with my Boss theme. I tried the suite of plugins on several websites. Couldn't cancel 'trial notification by inputting purchase code despite deleting plugins on other sites. They refused money back simply because I told them I couldn't give them unprecedented access to my website (I work in cyber security and don't know them) and just asked for my money back. I didn't want any hassles. Problem purchasing downloads is that you don't know whether they will work or not. My purchase has been a very bad risk. I would not recommend dealing with these people.

This is false review.

We worked with this customer for 2 months now. We answered all technical support tickets (9) and emails/comments, helped fix server/theme compatibility issues. After some time he stopped communicating and ignored our communication.

Customer change review to 1 star just because he changed his mind and started using other product. There was no specific reason provided in ticket or email communication.

Have had issues with this plugin since day one. If any changes are made in its settings or another plugin is installed the following error occurs when you go to your plugin area

Could not retrieve data.

Three support requests sent, second with a workaround I was using (that no longer works)

This error seems to be an issue for others, for posted in Wordpress forums and other support forums.

Still using UserPro and UserPro Media, until something better is found. Their Dashboard only issue.

Good product but has a couple of bugs that may or may not affect your system. Support helped me sort it out though. Once the bugs are fixed, I would give this 5 stars.
