Members can sign up to be instructors? And if so, can you charge a fee before they can become instructors?
Hey,
Yes, members can sign up as instructors, but no fees or payments are required, unfortunately.
Hi, I would like to know if i can have a seamless functionality in this scenario: I have a n e-commerce websites where I sell different experiences. I want to install this plugin on a subdomain, and to sell the course in my main domain. When someone buys the course, to be automatically enrolled in that particular course (I will sell more courses) whiteout any other accounts creation. Can this be achieved directly with your plugin? Thank you
You may sell courses in the WP site where this plugin has been installed and not on other sites. Also, buyers must be registered and logged in order to buy courses and have access to them.
I would like to add quizzes to my course that students can take as many time as they wants and that after each question there is a feedback and the question can be retried immediately. Is it possible?

Hi, thank you very much for the plugin.
1/ Same question than Agboifoe: “I get this error message when trying to purchase a course. “You cannot enroll on this course because you are not logged in.” I don’t want my student to be logged in before they can buy a course. Is there no option of them making payment before registering, or register during checkout?”
2/ Pot po and mo files work well with Loco Translate. But impossible to translate ULP backoffice menu on grey background (Students-Instructors-Courses…). Please help!

Hi there, we are looking to build the LMS where after the competition students/employees will get the Coupon code. is this possible in this?
Hi there,
Ultimate Learning Pro it is a LMS system for WordPress but does not generates coupon codes for students, unfortunately,
Presale questions: Hi, I have already purchase Ultimate Member Pro and love it, so I’m looking at this product for another project. I’m not necessarily looking to create courses, but I want students to be able to submit their certificates from other classes to my system to track their learning progress. Then I would categorize those certificates. And I need them to be able to see a list of courses they could take (off my site) that could level them up to a new category. Is that possible?
Hi there,
Thanks for your interest. Ultimate Learning Pro is a LMS system, but the students do not upload Certificates but will get them based on their performance. The product may not fit your needs, unfortunately
How can I share a course I am working on with a collaborator? If I put a course as “Private” it is automatically published and everybody can see its widget in the course list page. Then I cannot go back, because turning the item into draft is not allowed. You can only leave it as published and postpone to a future date its publication. And even in this case, the course widget remains forever in the course list page and if you click on it you obviously receive a 404 error message. So the only solution in this case is to delete the course. Is there a way to preview a course before it is made public, possibly allowing other people to see it?

There is no official update announced for this month.
Pre-Sale Question. Hi, I have already purchase Ultimate-Member-Pro. I looking for a solution to offer courses for FREE for members and selling for non-members. If this possible with ultimate-member-pro and ultimate-learning-pro?
Hi there,
Yes, it is possible if you choose to sell those courses through UMP system, asking for specific membership in order to access the course.

Hi,
Please don’t use the ” jQuery(document).on( ‘ready’, function(){ ” in your plugins, since ready is not a real event…
It has been deprecated since jquery v1.8.0 and completely removed on 3.0 ( https://api.jquery.com/ready/ ).
Just use the standard ” jQuery(document).ready(function() { ”.
I have changed plugin files to make it work but I would love to see it fixed in an update.
You didn’t bought this product yet, so seems you are not talking about this product once you are not eligible to use it.
I’m the developer that supports several envato clients that bought it from their accounts because I told them to do so. I’m talking about this product and I just gave you a free tip. So I believe there is no reason to be offensive against me.
I could open a support ticket from one of my clients’ accounts but to do so I have to inform them about the issues that your plugin has. This wouldn’t be in the best interest for neither you nor me.
To further help you, let me give you the exact line of code that creates issues with the quizzes. If you care, you could implement an easy fix. If not, feel free to do as you please. In either case I have already fixed this (as well as a couple other issues) in my installations so I have nothing to gain from this.
In version 3.3 of your plugin, in the file indeed-learning-pro/assets/js/public.js on line 702 you can find the deprecated code I told you in my original comment.
Hi. I am using a WooCommerce extension. When I buy a course (through the WC product) the user doesn’t get enrolled automatically in the course. The “Course auto-enroll” is selected. What should I do?
Hi,
Please forward your request to https://support.wpindeed.com/ and our team will help you.

Hello, could you refund my money please.
?
I bought this plugin without using it. how can I revoke the license pending the time or year Ill use it because the site will soon expire.
Hi,
The license management page can be accessed by going to the plugin’s dashboard, and on the floating right-side menu, clicking “Help”. To revoke the license, simply click “Revoke License”.

I want to include points earned by the user in a specific page of the website. Should I use the [ulp-reward-points] shortcode? How?
Hi,
Yes, you can use the shortcode with the id argument like this: [ulp-reward-points id=”1”], replacing the id with the user’s id whose points you want to showcase. For further assistance, please use the dedicated channel at https://support.wpindeed.com/.
Thanks, WPIndeed
