Worst support ever!! This is the most bugged plugin and the support offered is really terrible. Sorry for such feedback but my experience related to this product is no good.

We are sorry for that, but you are using this product for more than 2 years and you have over 20 tickets covered so far by support team. Is kindly in contradictory with your feedback. How can be still used for 2 years "the most bugged plugin"?!

Thank you very much for this great plugin. It has helped me a lot and I am very happy with it. Always up to date and I think that's great. Also the code quality is very good. There are no problems with the translation. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I bougth both ULP and UMP some days ago. The plugins are good but some things don't work correctly.

I asked support and can only say - FORGET IT!

I don't know if the author himself supports them or he hired other people.

Anyway I have NEVER! NEVER! had to do with such absolutely useless support.

It is very pity because the soft is good.

But when you do not get any help it doesn't matter.

I will highly probably ask refund.

We are sorry for that your questions have nothing to do with plugin it self but are related to some WordPress functionalities. Support team is there to help you with any question about the product itself, not about how to use and setup WordPress or something else installed there.
We strongly recommend to have a look over Envato Support Policy before expecting a such all-around support from authors.

I bought this plugin 2 days ago. Fresh install. The activation code is not working... ok I TRIED to contact the support but guess what??? You CAN'T SUBMIT a ticket if you don't have a VALID code!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I am not an idiot I used validation code before!)

I spent 2 days trying to find help! The proof that I bought the plugin is that I can rate it!!!!!!!!!

If I could have put 0 star I would have!

So save yourself some time and money, don't buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are sorry for that but submitting a support request is very easily and does not requires more than filling a ticket form, the same as dozens of customers do every day and how hundreds of thousands of tickets have been submitted so far.

If you are the only one that is not able to submit a support ticket or to activate the plugin, is definitely not a plugin issue. Still, you have the chance to get in touch with development team via Profile form, not a such message have been received so far.

There are no detailed instructions, all information is very superficial. A huge number of technical problems. Poor compatibility with Elementor. The problems with the work of quizzes were especially disappointing, and it is because of them that many people buy this plugin. I was extremely dissatisfied with the work of this plugin. There is also no place where buyers could conduct a dialogue, together could find a solution to their problems. To find out some trifle about the plugin, you need to open a new ticket every time. And if you run out of support, then you are probably out.

I cannot extract student details from the database. i cannot extract exam reports.
i am so frustrated..

We are sorry for that but all existent data managed by Plugin are stored into WP Database using the WP official tables and custom tables too, any information being easily accessible.

I regret the purchase. Everybody should know that this plugin does not work if your project is for a multilingual website. Ours was supposed to be in English and in another language. Despite of all the claims to be translation ready, we encountered a huge amount of issues with translations, many of which still unresolved. Translation ready? Maybe. But only if your site speaks one language. When we asked for support to handle two languages we were told that we would need an unspecified script and we were advised to try with WPML (“but this is not a guarantee”, they wrote). We had tried WPML, of course, before asking for help. No solution, no support: “it’s not their responsibility” !!!! I’m speechless!

"Translation ready" means that plugin may be translated into any language, by Administrator. Something that have been easily achieved by many customers.
"multilngual" is something totally different and for a such it should be used a dedicated script that may convert entire website into multi-language workflow. It have absolutely nothing to do with translation.

Of course we can not guarantee for someone else script, is their responsibility and can not be blamed us or other authors for that.

If you see no difference between translation option and "multilingual" terminology we really recommend to consult a manual or hire an experienced developer for this job.

This is the worst plugin I have never installed. It dramatically decreases the performance of your websiite, but the worst thing is that sometimes it disconnects the lessons from the courses.
I'm having a lot of issues with this plugin.
I strongly discourage buying this plugin.
This is my first bad review, and I really don't like it, I feel a bad person, but better to help other people and discourage them from buying this plugin.

for Design Quality

Poor design and incompatibility with many wordpress themes.
I both it together with UAP and asked seller to refund only one of the two, but I got absolutely no response, only a closed ticket.
