3 months user for now (latest v2.5)
They have a lot of extensions which is good, but there are lots of basic feature issue needs to be solved
- Tax unable to be handled (need to create course and WooCommerce (WC) product to enable)
- As WC is needed then need to create a course in ULP and a Product in WC and link them
- Price setting is in “Special Settings”, so you need to edit the course post then back to overview then back to Special Settings to add price
- No multiple videos allowed for video lesson
I have also done a lot of coding to change the template as front-end customizer is limited.
Othe issues are: add to cart from course page notification does not appear for WC, user registration/ user profile conflicts with WC, Avatar only can submit by clicking CROP button, Not ready for Gutenberg block editor (problems like updating will cause Price to be zero aren’t fix yet, categories setting disappear), manual complete for course progress of a student is unavailable, Dashboard is messy when there are more courses being added, unable customize the name of the instructor as it’s fixed to follow username, unable to filter course or lesson with categories in Course section, etc
3. The support aren’t professional enough. They do not well investigate and study well the products before reply. They take ideas or enhancement suggestions as NO or CANNOT. Some reply are fine, some are ridiculous.
I do hope the management look into these.
