It’s been two months and I still haven’t received a response. I need to reinstall the entire system, but I haven’t received the verification token. I also emailed support, but I haven’t received a response. I understand that support has expired, but I paid for the license. I should be able to install the system on my server independently after formatting it. I’m not asking for technical support, just to use what I purchased.

Urgent: Issues After Recent UHelp System Update

Hello Spruko Support Team,

After the latest system update, we identified several issues that are affecting our operations. The main problems are:

The system is creating tickets automatically, without any user action.

When sending an email to our IMAP address, the ticket is being created with the default title “New ticket has been created”, instead of using the email subject.

Other unexpected behaviors are also occurring throughout the platform.

These issues are causing significant disruptions in our workflow. We kindly request an urgent fix or a rollback of the update as soon as possible.

Hi there. I’m having serious issue with the email notification. Even if I use a dedicated SMTP Relay Server (Brevo) the email notification arrives late or most of the time does not arrive even for both gmail or corporate emails. How can we fix this please?

Hello I installed a new version of UHelp and was using the old version here. It sends a test email correctly, but it doesn’t send an email when creating a new user, etc. I can’t send you a ticket because then I’d have to sign up for a new support contract, which would cost me $344.75 just for the question.

When I try submit a ticket on your platform it says I need to renew support for me to submit a ticket. From what I see is that your support is $344. Astaghfirullah.. That is a lot of money to pay again just to get a token… I would understand if it was a matter of needing another license but its the same license. I never got to use product in the first place. You system prevents me from submitting a ticket. So what do we do?

I can’t create ticket on https://support.spruko.com/customer/ticket it gives an error 500 and it doesn’t allow me. I can’t receive the OTP through UHelp, everything else works (the IMAP works, emails show up, customers get confirmation emails, replies etc, but Guests never get their OTPs, why?
