I’d like to know a few things.

1- Does your application allow you to manage several sites, i.e. to be a hub center?

2- Does your application allow you to create several operators?

3- Does your application allow you to assign sites to operators?

4- Does your application allow you to transcribe all email discussions? -

5- Does your application allow you to communicate in any language thanks to translation?

This is a crappy script that doesn’t work, doesn’t have support and won’t give refunds.. don’t waste your money or time on this script. STAY AWAY!! (Outdated PHP)

Hi, I have few Requirements 1) I want to use this chat software only for my internal team. Outsiders should not be able to access this chat. Is it possible? 2) Chat users shouldn’t reveal other users’ identity information, such as email addresses and phone numbers etc. 3) I would like the option of one-to-one chat. I need a group chat option as well but I need the option to disable or enable it. 4) I want to assign some users to one of my employee. Users can directly chat with my employee, but they cannot chat with other users individually 5) From the admin panel, admins can review all chat conversations with users Please let me know if all the above features are available. We are adding live chat to some of our websites. The sites are behind a payment wall (logins are stored in a mysql database) and we would like to make it so once the user logs into their account they’ll automatically be logged into the chat. All chat would also go strictly to one specific user on each site, each user would be allowed to upload an avatar and send specific files to the chat admin. (Limit to jpg/mp4 file types.) Ideally we would love to have one admin for multiple sites, but not a deal breaker. We also would need to be able to reskin the consumer side of the chat window. Are these things doable?

How do I get a refund. Just bought it today. Specifications were not clear and will not run on my server.

I was refering to SERVER specifications sir. It is NOT clearly listed BEFORE you buy.

This script built with Laravel and we don’t handle your server issue. You should ask before if you had any doubt before purchase.

It looks like a wonderful program, but unless you have the latest and greatest server it will not work. At least in my situation it did not. Also, appears I have been denied a refund even though my complaint is valid IMO.

this is single tenant chat system that means all chat request send to same admin panel. You can try our multi tenant chat script https://codecanyon.net/item/tricky-chat-pro-multi-tenant-live-support-chat/24088591 which allows to register multiple tenant and each tenant get their own admin panel and widget code for chat. You need to set specific tenant widget code in single post page for that purpose.

Hello! I have a problem embedding the page in another web domain. I purchased this product last year.

When the widget.js is put on a page with the same domain they have no problem, but when it is put on another domain, it gets cold and does not allow the chat to start.
