Hi, I am a Laravel App Developer and want to integrate Live chat system in my website. Actually I integrated an app with “Pusher” but it has some limitations so I skipped.

Now I want to purchase your package “Tricky Chat – Laravel Live Support Chat ”. And want to ask some questions

A. How many User can connect with this chat system? B. Does this App using any third party app? C. How many message can send by a particular user? D. Will you provide a manual steps to manage my User Data with chat system? E. Are you using Pusher ? I am asking because I already skipped Pusher.

Does users requires to login to make chat or any non logged in users can do chat as well ?

Hi, User don’t need to login. User only need to submit his name and email address.

I tried http://trickycode.net/tricky_chat/widget_preview this url and it always ask me to login first before chat. Can you please elaborate a bit more what is the correct way if some one can conduct chat without login ? I’m interested in your script but don’t understand the flow.

Tricky Chat or Tricky Chat pro ? which one to buy better ? Does pro version include everything which is in non pro version?

I specially asked this question, because in the demo link for pro, I don’t observe the functionalities of non-pro version in the available app menu. That is why i was curious and wanted to confirm. Is it that the bought version will have all those things available, as i understand.

Pro version is Multi Tenant Live Support Chat and Non Pro version is used for single business or single company.

We have an ecommerce web-application. Just wanted to know if your chat application supoorts our requirements.

Requirements: Can we integrate your application inside our application? Should be able to see online visitors Operator initiated chats(opertor means: our application authenticated ones). Simultaneous chats Chat forwarding to other operators Notify upon new requests Both offline and live chats Customer should initiate chat from home page.

*Since our’s is ecommerce application, we also need a facility where custome can chat from order wise and its product wise, (like ticked management) For last point, can i customize it like that?

How can I transfer chat to different department? and add Mobile request to the widget?

Hi. Everything is working fine, but after create two or more departments and operator, when i try to use the chat action “Transfer chat” the pop is empty. Could yoou please tell me why?

PS: forget it. I’ve find out the the admin/operator needed to be online at the same time

Does integration with IA dialogflow?
