Hi.. any soon updates and new features please?

Hi. Certainly there are more things planned but we don’t give out precise details or dates (pretty sure that’s against marketplace rules).

Cheers.

how can i set the search for only products

also how can align menu items to the center. They are all pushed to the left and it doesn’t look good.. thanks.

Do the sub-menu items support icons within the menu?

Hi there.

Touchy uses the default WordPress search. If you need to customize it for specific purposes and have it search for specific things only then you’d really need to get a freelancer for custom work like that.

Also, as the demo sites show, the menu items are indeed aligned to the left. I’m always happy to help new customers with a small edit like that though; send me a message via the contact form on my profile and I’ll give you some CSS for it. And yes, sub-menus support icons as well, the demo site demonstrates this (they’re entered the same way as for top-level items, see the documentation if you need more information on that).

Cheers.

Hi,

Is it compatible with WPML? I would like to use this menu in a multisites setup and only display it when the website is accessed from mobile, I saw you advertise that this is available but there is nothing about integration with WPML and in the demo there is no option to change language.

Thank you!

Hi there.

Touchy hasn’t been specifically tested with WPML.

Cheers.

how to hide this plugin completely on desktop, do not tell me from the misc option or submit a ticket please
.touchy-wrapper{
display:none;
} .touchy-logo-wrapper{
display:none;

}
messed up the theme on desktop only css

Hi there. I’m not quite sure what you’re after here as the Misc section lets you hide Touchy at specified resolutions. Send us a message via the contact form on our profile with some more information (we provide support via email) and do include your website address so we could have a look at what you have going on there.

I see you also left us a negative rating for some reason. I’d like to have a look at your site to see what you have going on there. Touchy is certainly not a “crappy” plugin as you put in your review, all the 5-star reviews can attest to that :)

So again, kindly send us a message via the contact form on our profile, include your website so we could have a look at what you have going on there and we’ll take it from there.

Cheers.

Hi In your sales listing you guys say it is really customizable which is getting me really excited. Is it possible for me to make a menu similar to vox.com’s mobile menu? Can I change the height of the menu buttons and make them just words with not icons? Also, does this override my theme’s current menu system? I use the newspaper theme by tagdiv

Thanks

Hi there, thanks for the interest.

Can’t hide the icons or change the height. Those are interesting ideas though, I’ve noted them down for future exploration. For now though, something like that would have to be custom work. And Touchy doesn’t interfere with themes or other plugins by default, but there is an option to hide your theme menu by class/ID.

Cheers.

Thought of a possible feature, to let website visitors call from their desktop / laptop. This could be made possible by integrating with callingly.com. Would require an additional link for the call button for desktops. Also, noticed since updating to wordpress 4.7.5, the menu button icons and texts seem to be overlapping, or do I have another problem with my website ?

Hi there. No plans to integrate with a third-party service, something like that you’d need to get done as custom work. As for the overlap, that certainly shouldn’t be happening. WP version doesn’t matter here. My guess is you just have a tiny styling conflict in your installation somewhere. Send me a message via the contact form my profile, include your website address and I’ll have a look.

Cheers.

Looks like you left a duplicate comment. Answered the other one. Cheers.

Hi, love the drop-down mobile options. Wondering if I can use your plugin for both desktop and mobile. I’d ideally like to avoid a hamburger and have less links and a ‘more’ drop-down

Not sure what you mean by “menu-w-text”. If you mean menubar icons with text then just check out the second demo. If you decide to use Touchy on desktop, keep in mind it’s designed for mobiles first and foremost (no menubar shrinking beyond logo hiding and the menubar becoming sticky on scroll).

menu-w-text = a text-only menu. Vox.com is a good example of what I was talking about – as you decrease the browser size the links disappear into the ‘more’ drop-down (ignore the 2-row version on very small screens).

On consideration of mobile UX – I’m pretty sold on the menu appearing at the bottom of the screen on mobile, but do want it to be at the top (transparent, sticky) on desktop.

If I could do the above with your menu, I’m sold. If it can’t – could you suggest any solutions (as opposed to adding multiple scripts), or another plugin that can do it all?

No, the menu buttons don’t shrink. The menubar is so slim already that even on an iPod it’s tiny. And the menubar can be set to appear either at the top or bottom; it won’t jump around based on screen size.

Cheers.

Will this work on a multi-site network?

Hi. Yeah, the demo site installation is actually a multisite.

Cheers.
