Does touchy support local links?

Hi.

Please get in touch via the contact form on our profile and give a quick example of such a link.

Cheers.

Does it work with the Youzer plugin? I would like to show the plugin notifications in the bottom menu (https://codecanyon.net/item/youzer-new-wordpress-user-profiles-era/19716647)

Hi.

Touchy works alongside all themes/plugins coded according to WordPress standards. If you’re looking to blend one plugin’s functionality into another though, then that would probably require some custom work. Please get in touch via the contact form on our profile if that’s something you’d like to discuss further.

Cheers.

I am facing some issues with touchy, I have sent you an email through the contact page with all the details including a screenshot of the issue. I will happily renew my support if this can get fixed. Thanks.

Hi. No need to leave a comment as well as send a message, already discussing via email :)

Cheers.

Dear sir,

I have a very slow Javascript on AIT Theme, and would like to have it fixed or replaced with a responsive menu which is runs faster or stay static when users refreshing the page.

1. Can your plugin be used to replace AIT theme’s menu? and can be customised to suit mobile devices?

2. Does your plugin work with multi-lingual theme website such as Polylang?

Thanks

Hi there.

1. You can use Touchy to hide your theme menu (underlying JS will have to be removed manually though as Touchy doesn’t alter theme code). And yes, you can customize Touch extensively (you’ll find the details on the item page and see some different designs on the demo sites).

2. We have customers who use Touch on multi-language sites, though we haven’t tested it with Polylang specifically.

Cheers.

Is it customizable and can I use my icons?

Hi.

Touchy has quite a few customization options and hundreds of icons to choose from that you can use on the menubar and drop-down menu. If you’d like to add completely custom icons though, then that would have to be quick custom work; feel free to get in touch via the contact form on our profile if that’s something you’d like to follow up on.

Cheers.

Hi there – seem to be having an issue with this plugin and macs. it breaks the site – any way to get it working on safari properly?

Hi there.

Elements doesn’t have author support included. If you’d like one-on-one support, please purchase the item and get in touch with us via the contact form on our profile and be sure to include the address of your site.

Cheers.

Can the menu fit to 5 icon at bottom

Hi there. Touchy allows for up to 5 icons, yes.

Cheers.

Hi, y like a lot the plug in but i need to personalize and i like this see only in responsive view thanks!

Hi.

Touchy is super customizable; you can see all the available options on the item page. Also, can set Touchy to be displayed only at your desired resolution range.

Cheers.

good afternoon,

I am not currently using the plugin, but if I renew support Could you help me include an audio button (background audio), it would be a play / pause button that also pauses when a video is played on the website (so that the audios are not mixed). Would it be possible?

Thank you.

Regards.

Hi there.

Something like that goes well beyond the scope of support. Sounds like what you’re after here is specific added functionality that would also recognize all video players. Not really something we can do or take on at this time I’m afraid.

Cheers.

I understand that it is an added functionality. I don’t know if you offer a product customization service. Thanks for the info. Regards

We certainly offer custom work but that goes a bit beyond what we can take on right now.

Cheers.

I have yet to hear from you regarding the bottom menu and text. The font that is used for touchy (not overridden by theme’s font) should be preloaded as it will improve the page performance. I am doing it manually but I think you should add this in the next update. Something like this: <link href=”https://mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/touchy-by-bonfire/fonts/FONT/FONT.ttf?krw5w” rel=”preload” as=”font” type=”font/ttf” crossorigin>

It Sunday, give us some time to reply mate :) I’ve replied now though, have a good one.

Cheers.

I am using the bottom menu for mobile phones. How do I increase the height of the menu sections? I am trying to include text with the icons, the text is too close to the menu icon, how do I increase the distance between the text and icon? Also, when text is used (for example, text is menu under the menu icon, if 4 sections are used (menu, email, search and back button) the text is not responsive and is displayed on the icons instead of underneath.

Hi there.

Send us a link via the contact form on our profile and we’ll have a look.

Cheers.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I sent you an email via the contact form. Lets discuss via emails in instead of here.

I take this is an accidental comment :) If you have a question though, happy to answer.

Cheers.

Pre-purchasing question : Hi We are using a theme with very specific custo. Do you think we can test your plugin or do you have refund policy in case it doesn t work for us ?

Hi there.

We can’t accept blind refunds but if you run into something, feel free to get in touch via the contact form on our profile. If everything you have is built according to standards though, you probably won’t have any issues.

Cheers.

We bought your plugin and facing some issues. Cannot display a menu. We are double checking , if needed, we open an message to your message

Be sure you’ve added a menu to Touchy’s menu location under Appearance > Menus. And yeah, feel free to get in touch if you need to.

Cheers.

Can i use it to as mobile menu for my driving school, wordpress site, https://www.raradrivingschool.co.uk/ plus also my other locations like , https://www.raradrivingschool.co.uk/where-to-find-us/watford/ , while i use this menu?

Hi.

Yeah, Touchy works with all themes coded according to WordPress standards. If you’d like to display it on smaller screens only, there’s an option for that in the Misc section.

And the license covers a single domain.

Cheers.

Does this plugin popup a selector box for menues that are choices?

Hi.

The menubar buttons are single-level. The drop-down menu can be used for multi-level navigation.

Cheers.

hi, pre-sale question..can i show it only for mobile the header icons? and how I do it?

Hi. Yes, you can show it only at mobile screen sizes; there’s an option for that in the settings.

Cheers.

Hello,

Does it work with WPML? Also, does it provide dynamic visible function? For example, an icon only visible for login user.

Thanks

Hi there, thanks for the interest.

We have customers using it with WMPL though we haven’t tested it specifically with it so don’t advertise compatibility. And yes, you can set each button individually to show to logged in users only.

Cheers.

Please can you add setting option not to display or hide the whole menu in specific pages.

Hi. That can be achieved with a bit of CSS. Feel free to get in touch via the contact form on our profile after you’ve purchased the plugin.

Cheers.

Hello,

Can you add a feature to change the position of the (menu button) to the middle instead of the extreme right. I really need this button to be in the middle as I want to use the menu button for the main call to action drop down menu for the mobile view.

Hi there.

No plans for that at this time, however we can take that on as quick custom work for you (24hr turnaround at most). You can get in touch with us via the contact form on our profile if that’s something you’re interested in.

Cheers.

Thank you for the other reply. I see it was asked before here and you answered but I am but i am struggling how to do it. How do I add a custom image (jpg) to replace one of the icons?

Hello.

That is something you’d need to change directly in the code. Alternatively, we can take it on as custom work; feel free to get in touch via the contact form on our profile.

Cheers.
