Subject: Urgent Support Needed – Sorting Issue & Login Problem

Dear Development Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the purchased product. Unfortunately, your support system does not work for me. I am unable to log in using the magic link – the system does not recognize my email address.

Anyway, I urgently need support now. I’m using your plugin for a client project, but the gallery view sorting is not functioning properly. It appears to sort randomly and not by the submitted title.

Please assist me urgently with the following:

A) How can I get in touch with your support team, given that the login is not working? How can I configure the plugin so that the title sorting works correctly?

Have you tried your plugin with the Avada theme?

Does the plugin create a new post type for contest entries? I am wondering because I would be interested to know if you are using a WordPress blog structure so that I can use the entries as dynamic content as part of a carousel or hero section.

Can your plugin be localized? I want to run a contest in Mexico, so am wondering if your plugin is multilingual or comàtible with WPML?

Author, I believe by now there should be a pay-to-vote system on the plugin. You have an amazing system here, but when there is no pay-to-vote with payment gateways like PayStack, Flutterwave, Tranfer, Stripe, and Paypal, it makes the plugin not a full taste. Please can you do that on the coming update?

I found the plugin interesting and would like to clarify a few questions.

Can I enable star voting for any type of file?

Is it possible to have a ranking system?

I have a PostType with all my employees, and I want to allow only them to submit files. Is that possible? Is there any integration with GravityForms (this would solve my issue)?

I want a jury of 11 people to evaluate the submissions by assigning scores to each one. Is that possible?

Last question. Can I assign specific categories for each jury member to vote on?

2). Based on the membership role voting, can i have it split in tiers like given voting access like: User Role A can cast 10 votes, Users Role B can cast 5 votes, User Role C can cast 1 vote per voting session?

I checked out your demo site (photo contest) and noticed that once i voted for an image, i was not abel to vote for another one? Are user allowed only to vote once? I also did not see swiping or navigating between he images except selecting them from the gallery. Am I missing it or is this not possible?

What are the addons ? It says on top of your item description “bundle does not include add’ons”, but then what are they (not listed here, not listed in your website) ... and if alone, that’s not a “bundle”

2. Can I allow my users to submit and run their own contests?

One of your competitors already have both of these features (in an addon) .. as both features I definitely need for my site. I wanted to see if you have these features (even in an addon) before I decide which one to buy.

Is it true that the social sharing functionality only works if the submissions are not displayed in modal view?

I am considering to buy the plug-in, but I would like to know first: A) Is there a way to display the number of votes a user has left (given there is a limit set)? I’m interested in buying plugin, but before that, I have some questions (some may look, like I don’t read description, but I prefer to be sure about that plugin.

Compatibility: - > Is it compatible with Divi Builder? If not, can I just past the contest form in HTML on some pre-made page in Divi, to save the constant layout of the website? - > Does this plugin have nice login page with possible disabled possibility to login via google/facebook etc. or creating new account? Or I have to use another plugin for simple login?

User side: - > User is participant and voter in one login? - > Is there possible from user/participant point of view to first: – > users first fill-up bank of image/text/videos (not possible for them to see other’s works) – > then user can vote in e.q. another page from that bank (only vote, not seeing how much point have someone at that moment. For example, they see whole collected bank of videos, they check them out, then select one to vote – vote, then they can’t see collection of works anymore).
