I have just bought TMomatic TicketMaster Affiliate Post Generator Plugin for WordPress. My purchase code is not activating. It failed to activate after several attempts. What*s more, getting support is so complex. One would have to spend a whole day trying to pass a message. Up till now, i have not been able to login. It is either the user or email is not correct. One has only one attempt to try to login again, After which you would have to wait for another 15 minutes to try again. The same error and continue over and over again. Just to complain to support. Why are you so difficult, even to get support. Change and fix for effortless user experience.

I checked you site and it seems that you currently imported all the events available on TicketMaster, 1990+ events for Vancouver.
When new events will be posted for this location, the plugin will automatically import them to your site.
If you would like to get more events posted, I recommend you create new rules, set up for different cities or locations.

Hmmm, that doesn’t seem right as there isn’t a posting since December 2021 and there are many events since then. Any other ideas?
In the log it seems to be skipping all the posts saying theyre already posted, but theyre not in the posts…
Oh, you are right. I unchecked the ‘Import Posts Only Once’ checkbox from the plugin’s ‘Main Settings’ menu, this will fix this issue, posts will be imported again on your site, please check.

I have a few pre sale questions please? We run a Movies and TV series review wordpress theme, I’m not particularly interested in the making money side of affiliates. More interested in the auto post function to add content to my wordpress site. Does this plugin allow Movie and TV functions? Or is it limited to just concerts/theatre?

It imports movies and TV shows, however, if you have already this set up on your site, it will not useful for you.

Yes, the Tmomatic plugin can import events by artists.
You simply have to enter the artist name, in the ‘Events Query’ settings field, in importing rule settings. Example: ‘Tyler Childers’

I was running through the demo and had a question regarding the “Post Custom Fields” in the event search rules section.
It sounds like I could create a custom post type, assign ACF Pro custom fields to that post type, and then pipe Ticketmaster data from this plugin into those custom fields automatically.
Is that how that field functions? Am I missing anything?

Hi i have a question before purchasing your plugin, we have singed up with Impact Affiliate network and they do not offer us a feed so we are in need of a ticketmaster API and plugin that can import all products but than we will need to monetize them through Impact, and impact has a seperate API system to monetize all affiliate links of ticketmaster. I was wondering, how do you offer monetization with this plugin, does this mean you have 2 api’s one for ticketmaster and the other for affiliating the url’s that it will count clickthroughs in the system?
Because as far as I have explored so far in developers section of ticketmaster their API is only for the data, but not for the affiliate..
So I am just curious how will this provide affiliate url’s of ticketmaster, or does this only import the data and than we would still need to manually add affiliated url’s to the events and concerts manually

When you sign up for the TicketMaster API, you have the option to select the affiliate network on which you are already enrolled. If you do so, the links that the API will provide will be from the affiliate system you selected.

Please extract the zip file you downloaded to a local directory on your computer. You will see that it contains another zip file (which is the installable plugin zip file) and the plugin’s documentation. The affiliate ID must be provided when creating the TicketMaster API account. You must include your affiliate ID, in the ‘Ticketmaster Affiliate IDs’ section, when adding the required information when creating the API account.

Yes. I know all that. I have set it up correctly. But after the post is created and i click the link to buy a ticket there is no tracking info in the URL.
Based on my experience, the tracking link must not be added to the URL, because it is executed when the user clicks on the link, and then the TicketMaster API will redirect the visitor to a link without the tracking ID.
However, I will ask about this TicketMaster’s support, just to make sure.

“Please send me your consumer key and the user name you have in our developer portal”
Should I send them my consumer key, or are you willing to provide them yours? If yes, please send me your details to my email address kisded@yahoo.com

hello, i recently installed the plugin and ran few query’s according to the demo video 1) the plugin is not pulling all the mentioned events on ticketmaster. 2) the pulled events dosent show the destination or price of the event. 3) after deactivating the duplicate events checkbox it is still pulling the same events. I don’t see it there. There was no place to input the impact radius id in the plug in settings. Does the information get transferred all by our API code which we did put into the settings in the plug in? We really just want a way to generate affiliate URLs to use them where we want them.
