It seems thar Joomla 4 is provided with Tinymce 5, and I saw that it accepts external plugins – https://issues.joomla.org/tracker/joomla-cms/25734
So everything seems ok. Please note before buying that I won’t help for the configuration with Joomla, but if you try it and find that you have a real compatibility issue I’ll accept the refund in such a case.
Ok – but Joomla also ships with Bootstrap 5, so I will wait until you support Bootstrap 5 – then I will try it out. I could then create a guide for the Joomla people who would want to use this plugin.

Your question concerns Tinymce more than the Bootstrap plugin.
Tinymce has a list of “valid elements”, this list authorize html elements with properties & attributes, and removes all the props. or attrs. that are not listed.

I did not and will not develop a WP version of the new plugin for Tinymce 5 + Bootstrap 4.
The old WP version is not available anymore, and the Tinymce 4 + Bootstrap 3 version is now available for free on Github: https://github.com/migliori/tinymce-bootstrap-plugin
If you want to use the plugin on subdomains, register only the main domain, the subdomains will work.

It just requires TinyMce V5. But note that custom integration is not provided with the support.

I have been using this plugin for my client, it is a demo domain “dev-domain.net” but I am also using it on my local machine for development, I have created a virtual host on my local machine as “local.sema.com”. Its same site one is on my local machine and the other is on development server. The final destination of this plugin will be semaequip.com. Sorry for this. You have to register the plugin on each host you use (else the plugin is shown but doesn’t allow to add any element).
You have 2 registrations running simultaneously allowed. So when you need a third, unregister a previous one then register the new one.
To unregister, open the registration page and click “unregister”, that’s it.
I disabled the DMCA process for your domains for you won’t be bothered again with these.

We have a problem on our integration of your plugin and we encounter the same problem on your demo at https://www.tinymce-bootstrap-plugin.com/demo/index.
The template insert on Firefox doesn’t work as it’s supposed to. When we try to include a template after the current row (template being a row itself), it is inserted in the current column no matter the selected position option.
Are you currently working on this bug and can we expect it to be resolved in a near future? Is there an older version that doesn’t contain this bug to which we could downgrade so we can fully use it until you fix the bug?
We have tried on Firefox 84.0.2, 85.0.1 and 86.0 and the same problem occurs.

I’m not sure to understyand what you’re trying to do.
The correct way to add a new row inside a template is to enable template edition (right-click in the editor & click “Enable Tem)plate Edition”)
Then click in a row, you can add rows before/after it.
I tested with Firefox, it works fine.
TinyMce doesn’t allow to place the cursor inside a row but outside its columns, you can’t do this.

I’m not trying to add some content inside a row but outside cols.
When I’m in a col, I want to add a template via the “Insert Bootstrap Template” tool, AFTER the row which contain the current col I’m in.
In Chrome, it works fine but in Firefox, the template is added in the current col. It seems the position choice in the “Insert Bootstrap Template” is ignored.
Steps to reproduce: - add a multi cols template in an empty document - place your cursor in one of the cols - add a multi cols template, selecting “Insert after the current row” as a position

I reproduced the problem and spent than 2 hours today with Firefox.
I remember now: I already struggled with this some time ago, and finally gave up.
I’m not sure if the problem comes from TinyMce’s API or Firefox, but some of the API function do not work properly (especially https://www.tiny.cloud/docs/api/tinymce.dom/tinymce.dom.domutils/#insertafter or https://www.tiny.cloud/docs/api/tinymce.html/tinymce.html.node/#unwrap
Firefox wraps the template content with a <p></p>, it shouldn’t.
So I’m sorry but I can’t solve it. Maybe a future version of Tinymce will.
But:
As I said before, inserting a template inside another is not a good idea. If you enable the template edition you can easily add rows & columns as desired without any complication – that’s the correct way and it’ll do exactly what you want.

first of all thank you for the awesome plugin. I have a issue with adding rows/columns. When I want to add rows/columns at the cursor point, it adds them beginning of the document or when I want to add for example 2 columns after a row, it adds them at the beginning of the document. In all cases, position of cursor or row does not matter, it adds them at the beginning of the document.
I also tried same example at : “https://www.tinymce-bootstrap-plugin.com/documentation/index#configuration-example”.
What should I do to solve this problem?

The Tinymce 5 plugin is entirely rewritten with the latest Tinymce API and typescript, it’s a new plugin and you must buy & register it if you want tro use it.

If I wanted a client to be able to create accordion elements, I’d use a database record for each element, then retrieve each element and build the accordion in PHP. I don’t see any other reliable way.
