To activate tinyMce Bootstrap plugin, you just have to copy the plugin in your tinyMce plugins dir, and call it on tinyMce init (see sample code in description).
As phpfox is noy free, I can not test, but you can send me your access via my profile contact, then I’ll take a look and do my best to help.
