Plugin page doesn't show the list of testimonials. As the result I can't manage them - neither edit nor delete. This is as plain as that. But the support team pretends they do not understand what I mean. Even with screenshots.

From screenshots for sure no one may identified a problem.
Once access have been provided was easily noticed that a custom wp theme have been developed but with wrong code inside and which affects all taxonomies installed on your WP website.
This is why recommend to use a WP theme built by a proper development team and not developed without following WP development practices.

Although this plugin has an absolute edge with the range of features it offers, there are some significant issues worth noting:
1. compatibility issues with Divi & Divi builder
2. Rich snippets are a complete mess. Sometimes they show as product ratings when there is no products, sometimes as hentries, sometimes as reviews - there is no way to adjust this to make it meaningful. As such, this greatly impacts SEO usability of this plugin, which is one of the KEY features for testimonials/reviews.
I'll be happy to adjust the rating if these issues are addressed.
I use elementor page builder and the input form doesn't work properly at all.
Your support just responded saying it works for them. But i have tested on 2 different laptops i own and had a customer try it.
The input fields don't let the text go in properly and the star rating can't be selected.

The readmore is not working for some items and it is because the Owl Carousel is cloning the items and full_quote- id is duplicated there.

There was no support ticket opened or a way to be verified and identified your concern or if there really was a problem to be fixed. That's the main first step when there is any problem before any valid complain or review.
This is a nice plugin. The screenshots provided fit with the reality.
