Good morning, The plugin does not work on versions higher than php 7.4, it breaks wordpress.
Latest version of wordpress latest version of Divi and all plugins deactivated in case there was any incompatibility.

The plugin has been tested with PHP version above 7.4, up to 8.0.x and no errors have been triggered. You may get in touch with support team and they may have a look over your particular case to find a solution for you.
In my case, in a web with the latest version of Wordpress, latest version of Divi Builder and just a few more simple plugins, does not work above the 7.4
Anyway, considering that the version of PHP 8.0 was discontinued on November 26, 2023 (more than 6 months ago) do you intend to update the plugin to work on current versions of PHP?
I currently have no active support and before renewing I need to know if you will continue updating the plugin.

Most of the WP sites are still running under 7.4.x and the others to 8.0.x. Only a very small percentage, under 5% are running above 8.0.x in this moment. It has not been mentioned that is not compatible with 8.1 but has not been tested yet. Still, the plugin will be updated if any compatibility concern is required.

This is compatible and working very well with latest WordPress version.

Here are my questions: 1 – My products help certain illnesses. I know you have product tags, which is what I’m looking for. I want to put all (or most) testimonials on a testimonial page with filters like “insomnia, leg pain, migraines, etc”. Can a user sort them like some gallery plugins sort/filter photos?
2 – Shortcodes: can I place a few testimonials with a single category “migraine” on a single product page tab? There are usually tabs by a single product: Description, Benefits, Sizing, etc. I want a tab that should have a shortcode that displays testimonials for that product only, with a link to the testimonial page.
3 – Can i repalce the stars with something else?

There is a Filter showcase available and can be sow on demo website. It seems to be what you’re looking for.
Yes, you may creates as many showcases you want and you may customize them to show different groups or limited testimonials.
Stars may be customizable only if you set your own style to change them.
