I had some problem on my site with the plugin and contacted support to solve the issue. Instantly they answer me and the problem was solved very quickly. It was in the middle of the night too, I really recommend them and the plugin. No problem if you run into any problem, they're there for you. :-)
The size of the hamburger icon cannot be decidely adjusted for the smartphone. Massive limitation. Otherwise, quite good, fast and clearly configurable.
Great plugin which is highly customizable and easy to adjust. Had some small issues at first but the developer is really fast and friendly with his help. The plugin does it's job in a great way. Recommended!

Never could make the icons menu to work properly. There it seems to be a bug. I opened a ticket 5 days ago and never got any answer.
What a waste of money and specially time on this plugin. It drove me crazy.

Unusable. Well hidden at the end of the documentation : "PHP 5.3+ with ZIP extension enabled (one line in php.ini) ". In fact it's impossible on PHP 7, except by reinstalling PHP completely. It would be more honest to write at the beginning of the documentation that your plugin can't work on a standard installation.

The documentation is lacking, but the design is pretty good!
Very elegant design. However, menu item thumbnails and menu item icons feature is broken, among other bugs. Documentation is limited and poor. Knowledge base link goes to empty page because there is no knowledge base. There is no support forum, so there is no way to troubleshoot issues while waiting on a response from support. Because of the lack of documentation and support, you are on your own if this plugin breaks your site.
