This pluugin contained a virus. Despite numerous requests for support, I received no reply from the developers.

The plugin features are great; support is non-existent. I've opened two tickets and get no response (other than the auto email saying we got your issue and will be in touch). This plugin should be removed from the marketplace or come with a warning label that support is a farce

It's not frustration. It's that you don't have any intent to fix the bugs in your theme, which could easily be fraud.

Hello, due to very high amount of themes, its customizations and other plugins in Wordpress, it's impossible to to guarantee 100% compatibility with every particular installation. During years plugin existing we've tried to fix all common issues as much as we could. We approve refunds for the rest no question asked. And of course we don't do fraud being Envato authors for 10+ years
Best menu for Wordpress. Easy to setup and use. Can recommend 100%!

There is simply no customer support. I'm waiting for an answer since December 2023. Horrible! I like the plugin much, but under this circumstances I will never buy another licence in future.

Works really well, once you get how to use it. Support is prompt. Only complaint is in the documentation - pink on pink -- yuk! .. on top of the over-tiny text,
I received a code to activate this plugin and it did not work. The creator acts ambivalent about it so I am stuck with ineffective software that is in essence a doorstop for my website.

This is a great menu plugin. The theme I work with had a similarly styled menu that required a tutorial, but it made the site load MUCH more slowly and didn't work with consistency. With this plugin, I had a great menu in 5 minutes and an absolutely perfect menu in about 15 minutes.
Also - support has been spot-on. I had another plugin causing errors with Superfly, and these folks got on my site for 20 minutes - found and fixed the issue, despite the fact that it wasn't their plugin causing the problem in the first place. <3

I had some problem on my site with the plugin and contacted support to solve the issue. Instantly they answer me and the problem was solved very quickly. It was in the middle of the night too, I really recommend them and the plugin. No problem if you run into any problem, they're there for you. :-)

The size of the hamburger icon cannot be decidely adjusted for the smartphone. Massive limitation. Otherwise, quite good, fast and clearly configurable.
Great plugin which is highly customizable and easy to adjust. Had some small issues at first but the developer is really fast and friendly with his help. The plugin does it's job in a great way. Recommended!
