Hi, I found a bug. If “FADING IN/OUT FOR PAGE TRANSITIONS” is selected blog grids don’t work with Safari. Tested with Divi’s native blog module and The grid plugin (wit Divi theme). If this option is selected, Safari will sometimes load the blog grid for the first time, but when page is refreshed, blog images and texts are hidden from view. I had this problem and disabling plugins one by one Suprefly seemed to be the source of the problem, but disabling this options helped. I hope you can fix this in future releases.
Thank you for choosing our plugin and thank you for pointing at this.
It sounds sounds like a conflict with this specific theme. We’ll try to check.
Best Regards, Looks Awesome

The design of the social links in the slide out panel you provide is really cool. Is it possible for us to reflect another set of it in a widget? Such that site visitors can see and use them when the panel is hidden.
Many thanks in advance for your instruction
Thank you for choosing our plugin and sorry for the long response.
This will require customization which is beyond support according to Envato rules. We know where you can get help with this https://goo.gl/OeyDs6
Thank you for choosing our plugin.
Please enable “Custom icon” option in “Superfly Settings/BUTTON”. If you can’t see custom icons please check if your server allows writing files into it’s directories and try to upload default icons packs. They’re located in “wp-content/plugins/superfly-menu/includes/vendor/looks_awesome/icon_manager/default_fonts”.
How to add FontAwesome icons to menu items?
I understood how to do this, but icons are not showing (not in admin panel, not in site menu – just empty squares).
Clear browser cache – all works fine)
Do you still need help with icons?
No. Everything works well.
Does this have jQuery dependencies?
Yes, jQuery 1.7+.
Could be possible to have different designs of menus in the same page ? I mean page domain.com has one sort of superfly menu but domain.com/1 has another configuration ? Or this could not be possible. Thanks
Thanks for your interest in our plugin.
You can use only one design of Superfly at the website. E.g. you can’t use it in side panel design at home page and in skewed panel design at other pages. You can make Superfly menus look slightly different at different pages using additional CSS rules.
Hi, are you familiar with any conflict the plugin has with sticky sidebars?
I’m using it now with the Avada theme and my sidebar loses its stickiness whenever I make use of Super Fly. Thanks in advance for any direction/help.

Forgive me for my late response.
Yeah, I can’t figure it out. Had to do with the laptop I was on that night. On other PCs it looks okay but on that laptop things get screwy. Anyhow, many thanks for the offer. Regardless, happy with this plugin. Thanks!
You’re welcome. You can try remove your website from bookmarks and clear browser’s cache at the laptop you can see this issue. Please feel free to write to us if you have questions or need help.
On mobile, when you have 3 menu levels (and the second level is an active link) you can not access the 3rd level menu items because once the 2nd menu item is “tapped” – it goes to that page instead of opening the 3rd level menu items.
How do we address this?
Also, small “down arrows” that indicate sub-menu items are missing on phones – please advise.
As a temporary fix I have made the 2nd level item “non-clickable” with a custom link #
Please clear browser’s cache and check if you can see submenu indicators on small screens. You can access submenus on mobiles if you click on submenu indicator only.
Can you enable SVG for the logo area? currently you have to add it with HTML
I’ll consult with plugin’s developer about this. Please expect for reply within 2 business days.
Our developer says that we use WP media library only.
Quick pre-sale question for you—is there an option so the submenu can expand beneath a main menu item on a desktop (as opposed to always expanding out to the side)? I saw this function on a mobile browser in a demo, but not on a desktop.
Yes. There’s an option “MOBILE LOGIC FOR SUBMENUS ON DESKTOP” in plugin’s settings.
You’re welcome. Please feel free to write to us if you have questions or need help with our plugins.
I’m just wondering if there’s a simple way to centre align all menu items? Thanks
I worked it out, but the items with submenu indicators aren’t aligning properly. Any chance you could help with this? Thanks!
all good, worked it out!
It’s nice to hear that everything’s OK now. Please feel free to write to us if you have questions or need help.
I have a problem with your plugin…I read all the documentation before I customize menu, and there is not result with my theme on front-end…
No changes, i don’t understand.
In which mode do you use Superfly? In navbar and fullscreens mode some settings e.g. font size are ignored. They’re set up automatically, but you can overwrite some of them using additional CSS rules. I can help you with CSS
but I need to know at least URL of your website with Superfly active.
Please also check if CSS optimization or caching plugins are used at your website. Please try to purge all website’s caches, clear browser’s cache and check again. If it won’t help

Hello, pre sales question,
Can I enable your menu to work only on mobile device and tablets,
So I need my original menu to work on desktop and your menu on mobile devices and tablets.
and also dose your plugin support wpml and RTL
The plugin doesn’t support RTL at the moment. It works with WPML. You can make Superfly display on mobile devices and tablets only using display rules.https://www.dropbox.com/s/fjb9yp1npuve851/Screenshot%20at%202017-07-10%2022%3A57%3A41.png?dl=0
You can also use additional CSS rules to hide Superfly at specific screen widths.
I want this type of tabbed menu https://medium.com/@kollinz/hamburger-menu-alternatives-for-mobile-navigation-a3a3beb555b8
Unfortunately, you can’t get tabbed menu with Superfly.
Pre Sales Question
“Yes. There’s an option “MOBILE LOGIC FOR SUBMENUS ON DESKTOP” in plugin’s settings.”
Do you have this in a demo anywhere?
We haven’t enabled this option in our demos. Please check our demos on mobile screen to see how it looks like.
Please note that Superfly in skewed panel mode doesn’t support submenus.
How are you?
The MENU Bar disappears.
I do not see either the back-end or the front-end, I tried to install the plugin again and to no avail.
Can you tell me the wp-admin plugin link?
