8 months since I purchase this product, 7 month since you promise us a new version, developed from the scratch, to be compatible with last WHMCS versions, and we don’t have news about it. I even made a comment in this thread which never received a response

I’m starting to think that buying your product was throwing money because I will never be able to use it, but at least I would like to confirm it to erase it from my head and not go back to codecanyon in search of a new version, and look for other products that offer to me what I was trying to find with yours.

Please, can you tell me if you continue with the development of the new version compatible with WHMCS 7.7?

After installation of your plugin with the WHMCS its working perfectly in the server. But I was trying to integrate my WHMCS with wordpress through whmcs brige. im facing a lot of issues in terms of design and functioning. can you able to help to sort it out for me.

I have purchased the cart and installed it as well.

Now I am trying to configure it.

I am using the SuperCart_Default_Ajax template, which is one page template.

So once the domain is selected, next step is to set up the product details like billing / addons etc.

Here when we change the billing cycle the Cart Summary (at the bottom of page – above the ‘Checkout’ button) is automatically updated to match the values.

Now please check this screenshot:

as you can see I have added the dropdown for changing the product cycle at the cart summary template as well.

Now, for this to work ofcourse the billing cycle for the product need to be changed. I can do that using the document.getelementbyid and then updating the billing cycle for the product.

BUT just changing this does not result in the ajax call being made to the cartsummary to update the totals based on the new value for billing cycle.

Kindly guide how can I run this ajax call?

Hi,

The whole order form template is kind of an Ajax based Artificial Intelligent system. So, when you are updating anything from the cart review section, there is so much things need to think before making the actual update. Like: if you update the pricing for product from there, then you also need to update it inside the product configure section. So, right now you can’t implement this feature with just few lines of code.

BTW, this feature is already in our queue. We need to investigate, implement and test to see that how it will function properly.

So, if it function properly, then we will implement it in the next release. Otherwise, really sorry for your disappointment.

Hi, This error is not from our Order Form. This is a server configuration error. Configure your php.ini file properly. Also, remember, that our order form not yet support the latest version of WHMCS (v7.6). So, wait for our update. Thanks.

Hi, read the documentation properly from here (https://ractstudio.com/docs/supercart). For whmcs v7.5 there might 2 very small issues. Also, we are developing the new SuperCart from scratch, so, no bug or no incompatibility will be in our next release and we will release the SuperCart next month end. Please make sure you follow all guideline from our documentation. Thanks.

Our Core Developer team leave our company. Right now I’m doing all development and support related work. We were developing 12+ new product for WHMCS and WordPress (OrderForms, Templates and WP Themes). But, those project are yet half done. So, I’m facing too much pressure. So, I decided to off those new project and update our already marketed products. because already WHMCS v7.6 released and our products are not yet compatible with it.

So, I am updating all our product alone. Also, we are trying to recruit new developers but, you know it’s not easy to find experienced developers.

Whatever happens I will update all products by myself. So, it will take more times. Also, all products need to recreate from scratch. Cause, I’m thinking something new and easy to update in future. Also, I’m thinking about compatibility for all themes, third-party plugins and modules. So, New features will be added and some old features will be removed. Also, some new WHMCS order forms and templates will be released soon.

Finally, I apologize to all of you for all kind of inconvenience.
