hi there i noticed when i build my Mac application with your program I have noticed now the mac application opens very vey slow as it keeps bouncing and still at times does not open , any help would be much appreciated .

I try to activate ny Sentenza with my code but I get a message: “The serial number seems invalid”, I buy the software some time ago and use this in my macbook but now is dead and I try to use in my old MacBook Air, but I get that error, could you help me with that?

Someone is lying here. There is no honesty. codecanyon.net support says that you are responsible for the control of licenses and authorization. Now you say All is managed by Envato. This is a fraud.
There is no reason for me to block your licence… I’ve not changed anything in the app. The licence is checked via the Envato API. They told that they haven’t updated their API recently. I’ve no access to your purchase code or something else related to your licence. It’s the first time we have this king of issue, so it can be a firewall problem that block the app to access the Envato server, for example. But on my side I cannot do anything unfortunately. Feel free to fill a refund request, no problem
I am not interested in a refund. I just want to use your software So that scares me because they say they have nothing to do with it. because all of that is your responsibility. Please try to solve that problem with Evanto so that you can give better support to your customers.Also let me know if you and Evanto agree and let me use Sentenza full version for what I have really paid.
Just checked and it seems that the problem is because Envato has changed their API… My application is not registered anymore on the plateforme, that’s why the serial number cannot be verified :/ They told me that the API was unchanged… I try to rewrite the source-code for licence checking asap.

I have been waiting to fix my licensing problem for many months. This Serial Number Seems Invalid. The author never fixes it. If you want to avoid a headache and avoid problems Please do not buy this software. Please don’t waste your money. The Sentenza software It really has no support by the author. This software is based on temporary licenses. he says nothing about that in the software description.
I have no hand on the licences. All is managed by Envato. The software is not based on temporary licences, it’s a lifetime purchase.
The Sentenza is in the demo version. Can you release the purchase code please?

Why is my Licence all of a sudden coming up saying it is Invalid?
I develop my own personal apps for personal use and I purchased a license and it is saying it is invalid??? but has been working fine since 2015 until now???
Why am I seeing “This serial number seems invalid.”?? This License Code is kept confidential and has been working fine since 2015 but now says it is invalid? If this isn’t resolved, I want a full refund!
Just an update. It’s working again, so no worries. Not sure what was going on there, just like to advise it’s working now.
Calm down. It was certainly just a bug on Envato platform. I have zero access on serial numbers generated by CodeCanyon.
All good, seems to be working fine now, not sure what happened there. Comment about license being invalid can be ignored now, as working fine, looking forward to future updates. Regards.
Is it compatible with High Sierra? And Mac OS Mojave later?
Works perfectly with High Sierra. Not tested with Mojave for the moment.

Give a try with unchecked “Prevent crack” in Options tab. Let me know if it fix the problem.

And I tried to open the app, and nothing shows, just blank page, as always.

There is something wrong is the settings of your project. I just tested with Codesign and Sandbox checked/unchecked individually, and no error. Send me the screenshot of your Options tab at support@sentenzadesktop.com

Hello, I started to rewrite the full app in Swift but I have few problems with the Sandbox and the APIs. The open dialog works with the native HTML5 upload function. Also the drag-n-drop works (as an open file function). Example, this recent Mac app built with Sentenza Desktop uses drag-n-drog local file : https://vimeo.com/147350010

If user system is french, Sentenza will start in french, otherwise it will start in english.

Still no reply from “ilovemypony” and a month later?? Come on, I paid $33 USD, which equated to about $50 AUD with the understanding the core functionality of this app was working… only to find major faults in it… I NEED THESE ISSUES RESOLVED THIS WEEK!!!
Maybe you should change your Products Description to read “CONTAINS SERIOUS CORE BUGS, PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK”... At least acknowledge your existing customers “people who bought the app” by fixing the bugs I have already noted… it’s not that hard!!
Hello, I’m really sorry about that and I’m aware. I’m extremely busy and I’m unable to provide a small update for the moment. I need time to rewrite the all API system. I started this massive update, but I need more times. Apple changes a lot of things since the first API library of Sentenza Desktop and now I have a lot of modifications to implement. I’m working on it, and again I’m so sorry for the crazy delay ! :’(

I’ve purchased this app, and I noticed that I have to put the author’s username on the license Envato Username field (it’s really wired…). And yes I did it. But the Sentenza app told me that “This serial number seems invalid.”.
