Hi, you have to request refund via your user panel. I cannot make a refund without your refund request ticket submitted

Hi.. it’s possible in mobile open submenu after click in menu text link option. Only open when click in arrow.

Hi, I made a mistake, I was thinking it was a wordpress plugin !! Can I get a refund please ? Thank you.

Of course you can, just create a refund request, then i will approve from which you will get an automatic refund from codecanyon

hi i want to make it touch friendly when the menu is not at the burger menu state is it possible ?

Hi – I wonder if it’s possible to make the fonts in the 2nd Level (and up) menu smaller and making the 2nd Level (and up) Menu size a little bit wider? I tried playing with a few elements in ruby-main.css, but it had no effect. Thanks.

Hi there, currently I am on a business trip, I will try to help you within 2 days. But, it is definitely possible through main.css

Anyone can help me for add fixed position when scroll ?

Navigation menu mouseover and mouseout second time doesn’t work

Hello, I have got the same problem, The submenu on mobile won’t open… It is like the code is executed twice, so the submenu open and close before we can see anything.

In my case, resize event is call twice on window object so the event onclick is attach multiple times on rubyMenuDropdownToggle. We can detach event before setting the event handler, so if It allready exists it is removed before attaching. In ruby-main.js before $( rubyMenuDropdownToggle ).on(‘click’, function() {

(line 60) add this line : $( rubyMenuDropdownToggle ).off(‘click’);

It work’s for me.

Perfect! I cannot support this item anymore due to my job, but I think you resolved this common bug. I thank you so much! Well done!

I havent changed your code here

is there any support here ?

plssss help me ….

Hi there. 3 months ago, I have started to a job that prevents me supporting individual requests on codecanyon. Therefore I lowered the item price significantly and cancelled all support by me. Unfortunately i cannot support you about this issue. However, if you look at the next comment by cdurovray, he seems to solve the problem. I hope it works for you as well

Hi i just purchase your menu is it possible to help me make it sticky ?

is there any support ?

Hi there! Like your product. Is it possible to make the overlay of the menu 100% width? Menu itself of a content class width, but overlay 100%?

I think it is possible, but currently i have cancelled all individual support requests and unchecked support settings and lowered item price. Maybe if i make an update, it would include overlay. It is not difficult

if i purchase an Extended License, can I use this item on my stock template sold via Envato?

Yes you can use

Excellent works! One of the better menu on Codecanyon! Excellent design, documentation and coding !!

Thank you! I am very happy that you liked it.

When i change the name of the menu’s they change in size. When you make the window smaller, the menu items wraps to the next line. How can i prevent this? I know it has something to do with a setting when the menu changes from horizontal to hamburger.

Hi there. This is a bug that i cannot find a solution yet :(

Congratulations on the beautiful work !!!

Thank you!

I have a query – I like the menu and it works perfectly in Desktop mode but have a number of queries when used in Responsive mode.

I was testing the Menu in Firefox Responsive mode and on a mobile phone and was Clicking/Tapping on the menu buttons and nothing happened and reckoned there was a problem with this Menu. It was only when I tapped on the down arrow that it worked. As users tend to Tap the Menu Buttons, is there a way to allow this to happen.

Also in Responsive mode only is there a way to push down the content below the Menu when the Menu is expanded.

In order to make submenu items to be clicked and open a new pge, displaying submenu items is only limited with clicking to arrows. When you click menu arrows, it expands/collapses; when you click menu text, it opens a link position. Actually, this is what menu is designed for. For the next issue, responsive menu is designed as fixed fixed content. So, in order to push the content, the design must be completely changed which I dont offer this type of indicidual requests unfortunately. I hope this covers your problems

Hi,Is it compatible with oscommerce 2.3.4 overlayed bootstrap. Can you incorporate this with a custom-category.php with max4 sub levels file?? I want it with all desktop, tab, and mobile layout. Also can you give a similar effect without js, I would prefer pure css versions….

Hi there, unfortunately it is not compatible with oscommerce, and im sorry that i dont make custom modifications

Presale question: Can you create multiple vertical menus and add them in various places on your site? In other words, when you add the vertical menu into the page content, can you define which menu it displays?

Do you have the help document available online for me to look at?

Thanks!
