Hi, I bought the Response Pro plugin and unfortunately it doesn’t work as it should. I have been trying to get support via the support link, but all I get is information that the Ticksy account is inactive. What is the easiest way to get support?
I am irritated. The new version 1.5.4 is still not compatible with WPBakery 6.13. So what was this update good for?

I see no ticket from you. And in latest version I tested it with WPBakery 6.13
TICKET: Watch my review. I told you I would buy 2 new licenses as soon as you update this plugin an it works again. I have 4 licenses of this plugin and it doesn’t work on any of them with WP 6.2, WPbakery 6.13 and PHP 8 so I can’t believe that it should work again.

I’ve tested the newest version 1.6 now. I could figure out why the new version did not work: there was a conflict with the plugin “filebase” (another plugin from bestbug/DocoDev). On other websites were conflicts with other plugins (can not figure out anymore which one it was). All issues could be fixed, if you deactivate these plugins and activate them again. After this all plugins seem to work normal again. Thank you for updating this plugin! As I promised I renew my rating back to 5 stars and will buy 2 new licenses to support your work.

What’s your problem with last version of WP Bakery?
The addon does not seem to work with WPBakery Version 6.11. So what’s happening is that by default, wpbakery gives the user a Design Options tab. If, on a given page, there is no styling added to that tab on any of the elements, then the data-type=”vc_shortcodes-custom-css”> is not generated on that particular page.
This addon uses data-type=”vc_shortcodes-custom-css”> to add it’s custom styles. And so if no data-type=”vc_shortcodes-custom-css”> is generated for a given page, Responsive WPB styles would not be output on the page frontend.
The plugin author needs to update their plugin code.
If only Responsive WPB styles are added, and not default WPB Design Options, then _wpb_shortcodes_custom_css loads empty and is not displayed on the frontend.
The issue is with the file js_composer/include/classes/core/class-vc-base.php. If an older version of the file is uploaded to WPBakery, the bb_custom styles show up ok.
This addon is no longer working with WPBakery 6.11 as the implementation of the shortcode css has changed in wpbakery. Hopefully, the author of this addon comes up with a solution to the issue.

Right, I’ll let you have a go at making it for one row, as I’ve re-downloaded it.
Please do NOT create a new page, but instead use the ‘Resposive Row Test’ page, which is drafted at present.
I’ve placed that ‘Responsive Pro’ module in there on the BOTTOM row, and it’s no better – but I thought I let you try getting everything into one row as you mentioned.
Please note that the content within the row shows up, but the background images do NOT show up, just like this morning.
If you still wanted to try, let me know, and I’ll create new admin details for you.

Something else that I’ve noticed:
I changed the images within the responsive pro module and it’s new un-asked for columns (to original specs of Charlie Chaplin for mobile, Barbie Castle for tablet, Lamborghini for desktop), and whilst the new images still look silly, theres a huge wash of the original image in the background.
I did say in my original comment that CSS was not an option, as these images would be changed fairly regularly.
As well as trying to fit these images into one row with one H1 tag and one H2 tag, could you also fix the background wash, please?

I’ve again been pushed towards this plugin by my theme developer, so this time I’ll try to explain my problem more clearly.
On a ROW module:
Lets take any three random images – say – a wide landscape view of a lamborghini to be viewed on a desktop. then a medium view of a barbie castle, to be viewed on a tablet, and finally a portrait view of Charlie Chaplin, to be viewed on a mobile device.
Could these three images be placed into one single Responsive Pro ROW module so that the lambo, the castle, and Charlie Chaplin would ALL be seen in the viewport, dependant on which device was used?
I don’t really want to know anything about CSS being used to make this work, as I’m looking at changing these images fairly regularly.
I’ve noticed that the colours play nicely in your demo, but knowing how WP Bakery doesn’t allow multiple featured images in the same module has always held me back from purchasing this plugin.

Can the images be placed in the ROW module so that the images change when the device is shrunk?
For eg: the Lamborghini shows as the image in a desktop ROW module, the Barbie castle shows as the image in the same tablet ROW module, and Charlie Chaplin shows as the image in the same mobile ROW module.
Also if possible, add some text into the row module together with a heading to prove that it works?

It works very fine … but since I updatet WP to 5.5.1 it causes erros. Bakery Builder was not working any more and a booking plugin also. Will there be an update soon?

When activated this plugin, the backend editor of WPBakery page builder can’t be displayed on the backend > edit page screen.

This is not my issue, I have purchased the extended license, my theme users found this issue.
I can’t submit ticket on your support system, because the support is expired. But I think this is a bug, not only on one or two websites.
I have also tested the latest version v1.4.2 of Responsive Pro with the other themes, also deactivated the other plugins (except WPBakery page builder), but the backend editor of WPBakery page builder still doesn’t work.
Hope you can give a test.

Responsive Pro is not working with WordPress 5.5. When the plugin is activated it breaks WPBakery completely. I’m using Version 1.4.2
This is critical, I need a fix for this ASAP.
We fixed it 1 week ago in version 1.4.2.1, please download newest verion on Codecanyon.
I just downloaded from CodeCanyon and re-installed it. It says the version is still 1.4.2
When I open the newly downloaded zip from CodeCanyon and look inside index.php it also says it’s version 1.4.2 and not 1.4.2.1

border color is does not clear.
I enter a border color in one of my break points and save. Then I clear the border color and save. When I go back into the widget and check border color for that break point it is set back to my original color. It is not clearing.
