“Been redesigning the look of my website so that it looks perfect on PC’s and mobiles, and also using the ‘visibility’ options withing WPBakery to achieve this.
I’m having problems with one of the settings though…
The ROW settings are 1/4 1/2 1/4 with the intention of putting some text and a few modules inside the 1/2 bit.
For a PC, I wanted to set a landscape photo as the row background in ‘Design Options’, and for a mobile, I wanted to set a portrait photo as the row background so that the photos aren’t all askew when swapping between devices.
At present, I’m having to create two different ROWs, with all the text and modules duplicated to achieve this.”
I’ve been redirected to this plugin by the Total Theme author with respect to the above enquiry.
Question is then, can I add a landscape background image to the PC/laptop version of a row, whilst adding a different portrait background image for the mobile version, and then adding all the WPBakery modules just once instead of twice?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Sorry, I’m not really getting you.
Haven’t got a clue what ‘6 columns – 1/2’ means – does it mean you can use 12 columns?
Anyway, presuming that I’m using a normal ROW module with an infinate amount of colums in it, but I wanted an image background for the ROW itself.
Using this plugin, could I change the ROW backround image from a landscape view on a laptop, to a different image in portrait view on a mobile, depending on which device it’s being viewed on?
Yes, you can use any css for any device you want. This plugin detects devices by the width. You can config for the device you want.

Ok, so in video number one above, can you remake it so that a different image from the ‘bug’ is displayed on resizing the browser, as I didn’t see any ‘background image’ defined, just a colour?
All properties is working fine, background-image is working fine.
Thanks, BB, but after realising that WPBakery should, in fact, have this feature already in their plugin (like Elementor does) instead of needing to rely on plugin developers to do their work for them, I’m losing patience fast in WPBakery.

I can’t create a ticket because my support has expired. Honestly, I can probably just fix the issue myself. However, this bug has existed for a long time.. Shouldn’t you fix it?
I even tested on a clean version of WordPress with nothing else installed except the latest default theme, WP Bakery and responsive pro. It’s definitely and issue with Responsive Pro.

I’ve purchased your amazing plugin a few months ago. Due to illness these questions took some time: Unfortunately, I’m failing to modify the Elements that I used the most on my websites, and experiencing some “mysterious” difficulties with appearing and disappearing visibility of my settings and differences between Frontend + Backend editor, etc.
My favorite elements are Image / Banner Elements that display images (with a defined height (in px) and an ‘overflow hidden’ command). After several tests, I’m still unable to modify to apply responsiveness to both elements.
Can you solve these problems? I’ve sent you an URL and some login details to you Gmail-address.

for images there are options x2, x4 for mobile devices of different sizes and in more retina?
The options come out for all the elements, or these options are only in the “Responsive PRO” container.

Can’t decide which one to buy. This (PRO) or normal one. You say they have different UI, different UI where? In options panel or visual composer editor? What’s the differences then? Really confused.
It’s Padding, Margin, Border, Border Radius UI (In Normal version it looks like WPBakery, but PRO version doesn’t)

Why among the comments of the other plugin do you write to buy the PRO version as both plugins are the same?
Another question, is your plugin compatible with any theme that uses WPbakery?
I’m using a pro template, which already has extra responsive settings compared to WPbakery, but I would like to install your plugin because it seems to have many more settings. Can it create problems?

Why do you recommend the PRO version if the two plugins are the same?
Is the plugin compatible with all themes, even those that already have some extra settings for responsibe? Or can they come into conflict?

The two plugins are the same, just different UI. It’s compatible with all themes use WPBakery Page Builder. If you can’t use it for your theme, we will refund.

Reading here among the comments, I seem to have understood that your plugin does not add options to WpBakery, but replaces them by breaking all that has been done? is that so?
This plugin is what WpBakery is missing. Many theme developers add options but not all and not all themes. your plugin in this would be very useful.
But if you had to delete all the settings already created, instead of detecting them it would be a big problem.
This is because it could not be used for sites already created and could not be used to use some of the demo pages already created by the theme developers.

Impreza 6.1.2, WordPress 5.2.2, WPBakery 5.7, 6.0.3 + Responsive PRO doesnt attach class for blocks and as result doesnt work. What is wrong? I added min-width for device, have chosen top padding 1500 for test and as a result I see 1500px padding in <style> in <head> with bb_custom_xxx class BUT NOT class=”bb_custom_xxx” on my rows and elements. How to debug? Tried to purge cache and turn off all plugins.
UPD. I dont know how. But after this comment all has started to work correctly.
UPD 2. I know how now. It works only with “add div container”. How to avoid excess divs? Could you fix it or tell me what wrong may I do?

If you don’t want to use div container, so your shortcode must follow WPBakery code Standard, your shortcode must have css class filter

Doesn’t work not with custom shorcodes but WP Bakery and Ultimate addons. When I try to fix it by filter I get error connected with ”$this”
You can replace ”$this->settings[‘base’]” to the shortcode name string likes “vc_heading”.

Hi i´m using the uncode theme, where one can use vc pagebuilder “pages” as content blocks on the site. disadvantage is that all custom css styling i.e. from the extra tab gets stripped away. question: will Responsive Pro still work in this scenario?
