So guys 4 months later after purchasing both plugins this one and the prediction plugin im having the same issue and im not seeing any fix to my issue since i live in Costa Rica it seems that the data that you are retrieved from these guys servers have a lock on my country and i still don’t know why so im only able to see the plugin working fine when i turn on my VPN and these makes no sense since i want people in my country to be able to see the charts and the prediction plugin working as they should is there any fix or should i request a refund for both plugins?

unfortunately we didn’t find a way to fix it since this restriction is imposed by a 3rd party API, which is used by the plugin to get the data.
I see well then guys i will like to ask for a refund on both plugins since i’m not able to use them in the right way and it makes no sense to have something that i’m not able to use as promised!

I even try accesing the demo link with other browsers to see if my issue was Chrome but i get the same error on Explorer or Fire Fox it is also not working any fix to this or should i ask for a refund for both products?
