I bought the QRPAY code and I must express my anger about the customer support's incompetence. After taking the time to send a message, I waited an eternity (one to two weeks!) to receive a useless response. It is shocking to see such a lack of professionalism. If you hope to retain your customers, it is high time to reconsider your priorities and address customer issues more effectively. It is unacceptable and completely disrespectful towards us, the buyers. Customer service should be much more serious than this!
