Not transparent about another paid plugin dependency on checkout!

The Progress Map plugin is super powerful and easy to customize. The List & Filter plugin allowed me to take the plugin to the next level for a client who needed a directory of custom post-types connected to a map. The ability to filter by custom taxonomies, custom fields are more is crucial and this plugin makes it really easy.

I ran into a small issue when launching this project for my client and Codespacing provided a TON of help and support. Ultimately, they helped me figure out the issue that was occurring and I was able to get the project running as needed quickly.

Good support is not always a guarantee with a WordPress plugin. I'm happy to say that Codespacing's plugins are not only well developed and well documented, but also well supported.

Quick to respond with a perfect solution, the customer support team for this plugin is highly satisfactory.

No support by plugin author and some features aren't properly working.

For some reason this developer thinks its perfectly ok not to respond to support request for weeks at a time, even when support is paid for.
Its a great plugin, but clearly needs more people to help manage it all.
Our filter is basically useless because at latest update the checkmarks disappeared, so when you try to check off filtered items, nothing happens.

If you are going to use this map with more than 3-4 thousand posts, then I do not recommend it. Only lags, long loading of the map, and also lags on the front-end and back-end await you. In general, the plugin is not bad, but unfortunately not suitable for large amounts of information. I requested a refund. The same goes for the filter addon. I have more than 15000 records on my project.

Great costumer support

This addon is very efficient and productive, very easy to use and it's very well integrated in the main plugin. Many clever options can really satisfy all your needs. Over the years many updates made it grow.
But there is more! The support is very gentle, quick (only some hours!) and provides a great help, even besides the borders of this powerful plugin. This is a real powerful help!

The plugin is very good and it solves complex geospecific tasks. You can use it to create maps with many functions including countless features. 100+ locations with links to posts with detailed descriptions are no problem.

I have been contacting with them and haven't received the answer for 1 month already, both on private company email and here in Envato. I had just simply problem with the plugin and there is no help, no response. I do not recommend that kind of cooperation.

Unfortunately no support. Product would be good, but without support nothing worth.

I contacted the creator for a problem with the plugin, after two months he still hasn't solved the problem.
I also kept sending email but haven't responded in two months.

Have struggled to get this to work. The map is ok, but the filters continuously show loading after clicking filter.

Incredible support! I have bought plenty of plugins in Codecanyon and I'm almost always disappointed with the support but Progress Map's support is amazing! Highly recommended.
