I reviewed your map settings, and the reason you can’t see the locations, despite successfully adding them, is due to the “Query Settings”. These settings limit the displayed locations based on categories and title filters.
Please double-check your map’s query settings. Try clearing all fields under “Categories”, “Tags”, “Posts to retrieve”, and “Posts not to retrieve”, then refresh the map. Once all locations appear, you can experiment with the query settings to understand how they work and determine the best configuration for your map.

I’ve reviewed your website, and initially, I suspected a CSS conflict might be causing the issue. However, upon further investigation, I couldn’t identify its source. My hunch is that it might be related to the lazy load feature either in your theme or a plugin. Could you please deactivate this option and then retry to see if the problem persists?

Yes you need to use both plugins. “Keyword Search” is an extension of “Progress Map”.

Hello, please there is a way to force the plugin to search ONLY the words that have a sense? I mean if you search for example the word CAT the plugin gives as result all words that contains the single letters like CAT, but also CATegories, CATatlytic, CATastrophe, etc, etc.

As I don’t see other contact possibilties, I am posting it here as a comment.
The plugin is great, but unfortunately, the caroussel isn’t available on smaller mobile screens. For that reason I’ll be using a different solution, and Progess Map will not be implemented.
Therefore I’d like to ask you for a refund.

Have you tried connecting your map to a post type? Have you tried to add locations to the map by providing the post coordinates?

Hello! first of all, I really love this plugin! Really appreciate your work! I have just a little problem since I uploaded the latest version of progress map 5.6.8. Wordpress emailed me as soon I have terminated the installation with the following error.

Just to be sure: There are other posts on website like news from our community, notification to members etc. I set my map to show “only X category of posts which are marker posts of progress map plugin”. I want the search to get results “only from the markers on the map”. Isn’t this how it works?. Thanks

Urgent! Hi – Thank you very much for the plugin. I’ve been developing my website for 3 month and everything was going smoothly Until today I had the following problems: 1- Zoom +/- (Top left map)button are not working. 2- I purchased the keywords plugin – Today it stopped working although i activated it and it was working for the last months. 3- I’m setting the markers menu to display the post url in a modal and the media file (video) to play in a modal as well. Today it stopped working as well. When clicked it takes me to a new page.
All the above just started to malfunction in the same time – I hope you have a quick solution as the website is live.

This add-on work only with the main plugin “Progress Map”. It can’t be used otherwise. If you want to use it with “Progress Map”, please provide detailed info about what you want to do.
