Like seller can submits his nid and other verfication details and after submitting these documents admin can see those thing and then can approve a shop if everything is ok. Something like this.

Q 1- Is there an available option for vendors to have different currencies? Every vendor can choose his own currency so he can add items based on the currency, for example, vendor 1 has USD and vendor 2 has SAR.
Q 2- Can the customer top-up his wallet as a balance for future purchases?
Q 3- Does the Merchant page show that branches are available and the merchant user can add the list item available for every such branch separately?
Q 4- About delivery commission is there an option to conduct admin commission fees from the delivery fees amount when the driver accepts the order If his wallet has zero balance will become negative and he needs to top-up his balance again to keep on working.

1-Do you have any plans to add a location limit for stores? Certain stores ship to certain regions and this is different for each store. Because each store can ship to a different location, but there is only a general limit setting in the admin panel. There are problems in agreeing with stores on this issue.
12- Also, a store based shipping fees needs to be set for each different store. If already you have made this feature, can you add basic features like store based shipping fees?
3- Tax rates are legally different for food, drinks and books. Would you consider adding a feature to customize this?

Is there an option to restrict delivery to specific locations? Coz’ otherwise for a new merchant it wouldn’t be possible to deliver products across the globe without knowing the shipping charges. Appreciate if you could add this in documentation.
Hi We do not have specific location delivery system. But we do have location based shop search.
Having spent a significant effort in the product, you might want to prioritize the functionalities that has to be implemented. For eg; a new merchant can still live without the location based shop search, but not without restricting orders within a specific location as there is no option to have variant shipping cost based on location or weight of the product.
This is something that I cannot live without. I can deploy this to a development environment, but one cannot risk this in production. If a local merchant receives an order from a different country which is on the other side of the planet, there is no way to send the product without additional shipping cost! Hence, there has to be some kind of restriction on order placement without which the product cannot go live.
Few other examples below
1. Option for the customer to download invoice
2. Order management API integration like clickpost, shiprocket, etc. – Nice to have
3. Total Revenue in dashboard page is always in ’$’ even when my transaction currency is something other than ’$’
Also, the font in the toast message is not in sync with the application font

I just checked the location option and it looks like only the admin can set locations which is not expected for a multi vendor product. The location restriction should be at a merchant level and not admin level. Of course admin should have access to set location restriction for merchants, but the primary access should be at merchant level. Moreover, when I set the location restriction 10 km in admin portal, and when I tried to order a product with address outside 10 km range, I was still able to make a successful order
If the first merchant can sell products within a 100 mile range and the second merchant can only sell products within 10 mile range, we need an option for that
Like I said before, its imperative to have this option for the product to go live
Also, below issues are to be fixed as well
1. The logout message appears twice when the user logs out from admin portal
2. The group drop down in the shop portal is not resizing based on active groups in admin portal. Basically the drop down div in shop portal is not resizing based on the number of items in group
3. When the user requests for a refund, I get the ‘Class not found error’
4. Changing order statuses by merchant not getting updated in customer order page. Works fine when order status is changed by admin
5. Download invoice button in merchant order page logs out the merchant
6. Admin is able to download invoice, but the currency symbol is not appearing in invoice (Ex: ₹)
7. Changing refund status throws error ‘common:Class “Marvel\Database\Models\RefundUpdate” not found’ when clicking on ‘Change Status’ button for the first time. Works fine when clicking the button second time
I have just started testing the product and was able to find the above listed handful of defects. Expecting a better product in the next update!
I have went through your apps, I got some missing in your apps
Regarding Admin Commission:
1. As this is Multivendor e-commerce, you should add commission earning details on sidebar menu list & dashboard for both Admin & Seller. 2. Commission all times, we cannot keep fixed like 5%, so you should add commission setup options to individual products wise. For example, If any customer create orders from a shop and that shop have 5% global admin commission, beside customer picked a specific product which have 3% commission, In that case for that order admin will get 5% commission and 3% for that specific product only. 3. Admin and seller should able to see the order wise commission chart, date, month, year wise even store wise. 4. In that chart also admin/seller can see which commission is paid or unpaid. For admin side should have ability to change the commission receive status. For seller side, he have ability to order wise commission pay button with payment details input. 5. Most of the case of Multivendor e-commerce, supplier is directly deliver the product and receive the cash on delivery. In that case, supplier have pay the commission to Admin.
Regarding Multi Store Inventory:
1. In the Multivendor e-commerce, there could be multiple sellers. You should add multi store inventory setup. For example same product stock can distribute to many stores. This will help the store owner, who have multiple store in different locations for stock management.
Regarding Bulk Product Select/Edit Option:
1. You should add select option for multiple products for deleting, edit or updates.
If you update these options, customers will be more benefited and your sales also will be high. Hope you will includes above features in your next updates. Thanks

To provide some context, we’re using version 10.5.0 (released on 17 August 2023) of the application, and we haven’t made any changes to the system.
Description of the Issue: The problem occurs when attempting to upload products using a CSV file. This process works smoothly on our local setup, but encounters an error when we try it on the live server.
While I’m grateful for the screen recording you shared earlier, which demonstrated the feature’s success on your end, I want to be transparent that it hasn’t resolved the issue for us.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. I believe that discussing this openly could lead to a solution. Could we possibly set up a meeting to discuss this issue further? UI Issue – The groups drop down is working fine from /shops page, but its not hiding when the user clicks it from /grocery, /bakery, /makeup etc.. If this is expected, atleast update the documentation on how to hide it based on group as this gives an annoying user experience

I am using the July version and it’s a bug on the app if you reading what I put your team can understood the stock management no rest any quantity when you made orders you have 100 Apple on stock and you made order for 10 Apple supposly need be rest to 90 Apple stock on inventory and that never happens still on 100 the stock management it’s not working it’s a bug on Laravel on the event at create a order The support never help me with the 2 ticket I send when Never I can install the app because the documentation of installations is very bad on .pdf and online both are very confused

Answer : As far as we are concern, there are no bug related to product inventory management . Please run Laravel event queue, because the inventory management of any product based on order is maintained in a queued job. To run queues in server you need to configure the cron-job. If you don’t want to maintain that, then you can set QUEUE_CONNECTION .env variable in api to sync mode.

Hi pickbazar has both rest and graphql version, design are different and more features than chawkbazar laravel.
What is the difference between the 2 licenses? With the most economical license, do I have the source code of everything that is there? what limitations are there? Can I customize all the code I want with the regular license?
Hi With regular license you can use our item in one live site and with extended license you can use our item in as many sites as you want. You will get the source code and you can do whatever customization you need.
A minor bug report:
In ProductController.php under fetchSingleProduct method theres a is_numeric check of a slug, and if its numeric, I suppose it should return the product with id=$slug but the variable under which the product is stored is getting instantly rewritten on the next line (134). It creates a bug because on line 131 theres a firstOrFail() method called on numeric slugs and if the slug is numeric with a number that cant be found in products table with id equal to it, it will fail on this line and it will return 404 even tho an item with such a slug could exist (for example create a product with slug 9999999 and try to get that product with that slug)
