Hi, any update how can i reset my license? it’s already a couple days since i got this issue.
I’ve tried submitting a ticket there, but unfortunately it failed because my support license has expired. I don’t think it makes sense to have to buy another license just to resolve this issue.

Hi, Thank you for your questions and interest in our script. Please find the answers below: Can the super admin only see orders from their own stores? Both the super admin and sellers can view orders. The super admin has access to view all orders across all stores, while a seller can only view orders from their own store. When we access a specific store, we see orders from all stores instead of just that store — is this the expected behavior? No, this is not the expected behavior. Only orders from the selected store should be shown. If you are seeing all orders, it is likely due to dummy data used during testing. This will not occur in production. Once inside a store, it’s not very intuitive how to return to the super admin/seller home page. Could this be improved? You can return to the super admin home page by clicking on the Pickbazar dashboard logo. However, the system is fully customizable, so you’re welcome to improve the navigation experience as needed. In invoices or order details, I don’t see which store each product belongs to. How can the super admin or seller know the origin store for each product? Each order has an action section with a message icon, allowing the admin and seller to communicate. Store information is intentionally hidden on invoices for security reasons, but this can be customized in your implementation. Super admins should be able to access individual stores for urgent changes — is that currently possible? Yes, the super admin has full access to all stores and permissions, including the ability to make urgent changes. Is the code fully open-source? Or are there any parts that are not editable? How does the license key work with the source code? Yes, the code is fully open-source and editable. One license covers a single live domain, with unlimited subdomains and localhost environments. Hi! Thank you very much for the answers. I just wanted to tell you that I had specified “active shops” precisely because of the “bees”, so I also checked if the store had been accepted on the administrator side. However, the questions are not displayed by the “shopkeeper” panel, even if I sent questions about the “product of that same store”. (For example, with your demo accounts: your bags shop demo store, your demo customer – if you see there is an order at that store, and in the store you will not see it).
Ah, another thing: the “quick View” has the header of the cart when you go down that doesn’t work, it bounces. You should take a look.
As for staff roles, I can’t find where I can set “roles”. I asked because the link you sent me allows you to create staff but not to “assign roles”. So can I assign roles or just create accounts? You know, the staff doesn’t have the same roles as the store owner sometimes…

Hi, 1. Thank you for your message! Please note that the demo store and the admin panel are connected to different API endpoint servers. The reason for keeping them separate in the demo is to prevent issues with data. If both the admin and the shop used the same API, then all the test data added from the admin panel would automatically appear in the shop — filling it with unnecessary or “garbage” data. That’s why, for the demo version, the two systems are kept separate. However, once you host the project on your own server, everything will be connected through a single API, and both the shop and admin panel will work together seamlessly.
2. This is actually a browser-specific issue — it doesn’t occur on the latest version of Chrome, but it does appear on Safari. We really appreciate your finding, and we’ll make sure to address this in a future update.

Hi We do not recommend cPanel or similar managed servers. You can purchase any $5 – $10/mo server from amazon lightsail or digitalocean or any ubuntu server.
