Please remove our item from one of the domains you are using and it should be working fine. - Why Cash On Delivery option Enable for Downloadable Books? For Digital products or Downloadable Books, I think Need to disable Cash On Delivery for this section.
Hi product key is for every downloadable file as a tracker while purchase yes COD is not applicable for downloadable products but our item is a generic ecommerce script so we have kept it and also have added a lot of payment gateways. We have also kepd COD disabling option so that the site admin can disable COD from admin settings.
I see, COD Disable feature is available for all product in your project. But Need to disable for a specific product or only downloadable products. Kindly add this feature immediately. Because, in this time customer ordered via COD and customer has got this downloadable product without any payment. I think it’s big mistake in this project.

Hello If I sell pdf or hardcopy books from India and Price set 100INR. But when my USA Customer to buy pdf (Downloadable) books from USA and he want to pay by US $ currency with PayPal or Stripe. How will be convert amount 100INR to $ in payment method? Is it possible in your script? I mean if I want to sell Downloadable or Hardcopy books worldwide, how will be received my payment?

Can you add 3rd party shipping. I mean you don’t need to integrate 3rd party shipping you just need to add one more column to manually enter delivery partner company name with link to track order from 3rd party shipping and tracking number. These will add by me manually. So, if possible can you add these in further update. If this feature is there i will buy for sure.

as we told you our support expired and you reply buy support, but we try to just finished to calified all your features but import export is not for all key data like users vendor shops cataegory etc… and it not working well to import productd we stay on error. i am sorry but it is difficult to request budget for something not working well.

we think it is not a error who need a support ticket.., it look to be : your product import system can not import a data from another website where we have mapping data according with your template .csv.
your import/export system look to make mass update on excel and then reimport all existing data to be upated. but it can not be used to creat or migrate from other, right ?
