Which cheap vps hosting is best for this app please guide me
Hello, thank you for reaching out!
For a cheap and reliable VPS, I usually recommend:
1. Hostinger VPS — Plan: KVM 2
You can also use my referral link to get a discount.
2. Contabo VPS — Plan: Cloud VPS 10
Both are cheap, stable, and work well for deploying this application.

Hi, If I buy extended license, can I sell this to others without further purchasing one for each installation?
Hello, thank you for reaching out!
With an Extended License, you can use the app in a single end product that you sell to your own users, and you may charge them for access. For example, you could extend the app by adding your own monetization (such as subscriptions, credits, or pay-per-tool usage) if needed.
However, the license still applies to one end product only. You cannot redistribute or resell the app to different customers, or install it on multiple client websites under a single license. Each separate client project or installation would require its own license. For more information, please refer to: https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard

Hello, Last update was on 04/15/2023, Have you planning to update soon? Thanks
Hello, thank you for reaching out!
The item is actively maintained. The updates shown at the top of the changelog are older entries (from 2023), but newer updates are listed further below. The most recent update was released on 07/07/2025, which includes documentation improvements and API updates.
The changelog is currently ordered from oldest to newest, which may cause some confusion. We’ll consider reordering it to show the latest updates first.

I am already running pdf tool website however I found your tools are quiet good so I want to buy it and upload the tool one by one into my existing pdf tool website and my site running in Hostinger cloud is it possible to add all of your tools into my existing website
Hello, thank you for reaching out and for your interest in the PDF Tools app. Apologies for the delayed response.
Whether you can add the tools to your existing website mainly depends on the technology or framework your site is built with.
The PDF Tools application is built using Next.js and uses JavaScript as its primary language. If your existing website is also built with a compatible framework such as Next.js, integration may be easier.
However, if your website is built using a different technology, you can deploy the PDF Tools app separately and use its built-in API as the backend for the tools while creating the frontend integration within your current website. Please note that some tools, such as Merge, Organize, Delete, and Rotate PDF, do not have API endpoints. For the full list of available API endpoints, please refer to the API documentation section in the PDF Tools documentation linked in the description.
The PDF Tools app requires a VPS or cloud server to run properly because it depends on server-side tools such as Ghostscript, Libreoffice and QPDF. Since you mentioned that your site is hosted on Hostinger Cloud, it may work as long as the environment supports running Node.js applications and installing the required dependencies.
If you would like, feel free to share more details about your current setup, and I’ll be happy to guide you further or answer any other questions.
Can I add the PDF tool to my existing Elementor website on both: website.com/pdf-tools and pdf.website.com?
Hello, thank you for reaching out and for your interest in the PDF Tools app. Apologies for the delayed response.
The PDF Tools app is built using Next.js, so it cannot be directly added as an Elementor plugin.
However, you can deploy the PDF Tools app as a separate application on a subdomain (e.g., pdf.website.com) using a VPS or cloud server that supports running Node.js applications and installing the required server-side dependencies such as Ghostscript, LibreOffice, and QPDF.

Hello, I have sent you an email regarding your request. Please check your inbox.
I’ve responded to your email and am still awaiting your reply.
I purchased the script today and watched the script installation on the aaPanel control panel, but I am not sure where the error is. Do you offer script installation services?
Hello, thank you for your purchase and for reaching out!
Yes, we provide free installation services. I’ve just sent you an email. Please check your inbox.
Thank you for your quick response, resolving the issue, and installing the script so efficiently. I hope that in future updates you can consider adding support for merging all file types into a single PDF, if possible. Thank you again for your great support

Hello, l am interested in your script I have already hostinger cloud hosting with cpanel, Can i install your script on this hosting? You know most of VPS hosting isn’t managed and i haven’t enough experience to manage the VPS hosting so i ask about cloud hosting with cpanel
Hello! Thank you for reaching out!
Yes, the PDF Tools app can be installed on Hostinger’s cloud hosting with cPanel.
If you’d like, we also offer free installation service, so we can set everything up for you at no extra cost.
Feel free to reach out if you have other questions.
Thank you about fast reply, I forgot to tell you that I also have a working (script) installed on this cloud hosting on hostinger, Is that will be a problem? And wich ads network are supported?
Having another script already installed on your Hostinger cloud hosting won’t be a problem. The PDF Tools App can run alongside existing projects without any issues.
Regarding ads, the app doesn’t come with built-in ad scripts. However, you’re completely free to add any ad network you prefer after purchase. The codebase is easy to modify, so integrating your own ads is straightforward.
Feel free to reach out if you have other questions.
Nice! What I am thinking about is to build the site with your script then integrate the ads, then make a ( web to android app ) and publish on Google console
That sounds like a great plan! Once you get the PDF Tools App, let me know if you need assistance with installation on your cloud hosting using cPanel.
Ok thanks, i will
Hello, can you proceed with the installation?
Apakah bisa hosting

If you are referring to shared hosting, unfortunately, it does not support the installation of the PDF Tools app. However, Verpex.com offers VPS hosting plans, which are suitable for installing the PDF Tools application.
Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.
will it work with cloudpanel ” https://www.cloudpanel.io ” ?
Hello, thank you for reaching out!
Yes, the PDF Tools app will work with CloudPanel.
Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.
Hello,
I run a website on a dedicated server and would like to add a PDF tool. Could you let me know what the installation process looks like, so I can check if it will work on my setup?
Thanks
Hello, thank you for reaching out and for your interest in the PDF Tools App!
You can install the app on a dedicated server just like you would on a VPS, the process is essentially the same. Here are two tutorials you can follow depending on your preferred environment:
- Installing PDF Tools App on a VPS (Ubuntu) using Docker
- Installing PDF Tools App on VPS Using aaPanel
You can also use cPanel, if that better suits your setup.
Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.
Hello,
Thank you for your purchase and for reaching out.
I’ve checked the screenshot you provided, and it seems the issue is related to the Node.js version. Please try uninstalling your current version (18.16.0) and install Node.js version 22.16.0 LTS instead.
After updating, run the following commands again:
- npm install
- npm run build
Once the build process is complete, restart your app.
Kindly let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance.
I sent you a message via email, could you check it?
Sure, I’ve replied to your email. Please check and let me know if you need anything else.
Well. The only powerful script in the world right now which is on a marketplace. Anyway, have u any idea about how to make the pdf-to-word tool actually work and make it robust.
Hello,
Thank you so much for your feedback!
We designed this app to offer PDF tools completely free to use, which means we rely on open-source solutions. Because of that, some features like the PDF-to-Word tool are optimized to extract text only and do not preserve images, formatting, or layout.
If you’re looking for advanced, fully formatted PDF to Word conversions, that would require integration with paid third-party APIs. We kept it this way to ensure everyone can access the core features without any extra cost.
Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions!
Per-Purchase question: Can i install it in cyberpanel(vps)? There’s no tutorial for that, the method you have did is too complex for me.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
CyberPanel does not have built-in Node.js support, so the app cannot be installed through its interface alone. It can still run on a CyberPanel VPS, but you’ll need to install Node.js manually via SSH and configure a reverse proxy which can be a bit technical. If you prefer an easier method using a control panel interface, I recommend using cPanel or aaPanel (free and beginner-friendly), which both support Node.js apps directly.
Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions!
I have installed the previous version, how do I upgrade to the latest version you released. Is it the entire script or only the files that you have changed needs replacement in the server side? Hoping for a seamless solution. Thanks
Hello, thank you for reaching out.
If you are using the previous version of the project, you only need to update the files that have changed.
You can find the implementation details in the changelog.md file located inside the Latest Release Files folder. Additionally, I’ve prepared step-by-step video tutorials to guide you through applying the updates to your existing project.
Note: If you haven’t made any custom changes to your PDF Tools app, you can simply redeploy the latest version directly to your server for a seamless upgrade.
Feel free to reach out if you have other questions.
Hello, How can I select multiple PDF documents at once? I don´t see any option.
Hello,
Thank you for your message!
All tools in the app support selecting and converting multiple PDF files, except for the following, which only support one file at a time:
- Extract PDF Pages
- PDF to JPG
- PDF to PNG
- PDF to BMP
- PDF to TIFF
- Protect PDF
- Unlock PDF
For all other tools, you can add multiple files by either selecting them all at once from your computer, or by adding them gradually using the plus (+) button at the top left, which appears after selecting at least one file.
Feel free to reach out if you have other questions.
Thank you for your prompt reply. What I meant is the ability to select multiple pages after uploading a document. For example, if I upload a PDF with 40 pages, I’d like to mark 10 specific pages for deletion. Is that possible? Can you help with this feature?
Hello,
Thank you for the clarification!
Yes, this is possible. After uploading a PDF, you can select multiple pages to perform actions like deletion. Here’s how:
- Click and drag your mouse over an empty area to select multiple pages at once (you can see this in action starting from this point in the video: https://youtu.be/0z7C4yoBn0o?t=83), or
- Hold the CTRL key and click on each individual page you want to select.
Feel free to reach out if you have other questions or if you had something else in mind!
Do you think it can be a mac issue? Mobile and Windows it is working.
Thanks for the update!
I’ll check it on a Mac to see if I can reproduce the issue on my end.
To help pinpoint the problem, could you please let me know:
1 – Are both of these options not working, or just one?
- Clicking and dragging over an empty area to select multiple pages
- Holding the command (⌘) key and clicking on each individual page
2 – Which browser are you using on your Mac (e.g., Safari, Chrome, Firefox)?
3 – Are you using a mouse or a trackpad?
Looking forward to your reply so I can troubleshoot further!
1. Yes both option are not working 2. Safari and Chrome 3. Trackpad
Thank you for the details!
I’ve looked into it and found a solution — I’ll share the details with you shortly.
Hello,
My apologies for the late reply.
I’ve applied a fix to the selection issue you experienced on macOS, and the update has been deployed to the live preview.
Could you please test it on your Mac and confirm whether the selection behavior is now working as expected?
You can test it by:
- Clicking and dragging over an empty area to select multiple pages.
- Holding the Command (⌘) key and clicking individual pages to add or remove them from the selection.
Looking forward to your feedback!
Hello, I have tested it and everything is working perfectly now, no issues at all. Thank you! Would you be able to update the code soon?
I just wanted to ask if there’s an update planned for the code regarding the selection issue.
Thank you for confirming that everything is working well now — and for reporting the issue in the first place! Your feedback really helps us improve the product. If you ever run into anything else, feel free to reach out anytime.
Hi, I am trying to install the script on digitalocean. When using this command docker build -t pdftoolsimage . The process gets killed at the end. Can you help?
=> ERROR [22/22] RUN npm run build
ERROR: failed to solve: process ”/bin/sh -c npm run build” did not complete successfully: exit code: 137
Hello, thank you for reaching out! I’m happy to help.
Are you using the latest version of the project?
To help troubleshoot the issue, please try the following steps and let me know the results:
1. Try removing, rebuilding the image and running the Docker container using these commands:
- docker stop pdftools_c
- docker container rm pdftools_c
- docker rmi -f pdftoolsimage
- docker build -t pdftoolsimage .
- docker run -d -p 8080:3000—name pdftools_c pdftoolsimage
2. Then, if the issue persist, try installing Nodejs on your server (Version 18.18.0 or later) and navigate to the project directory and run:
- npm install
- npm run build
If the build completes successfully, that means the issue is likely not with the code itself. If it fails, it could be related to recent changes or environment limitations.
Let me know how it goes.
Done. Thanks for the help.
Hello Dear,
I don’t have knowledge about the programming, but i want to work with this PDF Tools. I am using Holsinger VPS, i need support to provide video from the beginning to installing and deployment. I believe that i am not only one looking for this service, many others also looking for. Waiting for your response.
Hello, thank you for reaching out.
I have prepared a comprehensive video tutorial that demonstrates how to install the PDF Tools app on any VPS running Ubuntu. This guide applies to all hosting providers, as the installation process remains the same across different platforms.
The tutorial was recorded using a DigitalOcean droplet, but the steps are universally applicable to any Ubuntu-based VPS using Docker. Unfortunately, it is not feasible for us to purchase plans from every hosting provider to create individual tutorials for each one.
However, if you require a personalized installation guide tailored to your specific VPS, after purchase I can install the app on your server and record the process for you.
Feel free to reach out if you have other questions.
