Hey, I am using your plugin and after some testing I almost succeeded in getting it the way I would like. I chose a blue background with my logo in white. But somehow he doesn’t take my logo. Does it have to be a certain file format or am I doing something wrong?

My website is: dev.2.studiolamberts.nl

I have purchased it, but it stil doesn’t work. Can you look at it?

Sure thing. As I said earlier though, we provide support via email. Please send us a message via the contact form on our profile.

Cheers.

Thanks!

Hello, how many random sentences for loading custom test can I add? Can I have a catalog (20-50) of sentences that appear at loading screen. Also can I make loading screen time like 2 seconds, even though page already loaded?

Hi. Up to 3 sentences by default. We can extend that for you as custom work though (get in touch via the contact form on our profile to discuss further).

And yes, you can add a post-load delay of any length.

Cheers.

Hey, I have sent email for this request! Thanks

We have not received any message from you. Send again.

How do I disable the home page?

We’re already communicating via email.

Cheers.

Hi I purchased this plugin but there appears to be a conflict with another one Im using (JoomSport). Not sure why, but the page loading is completely disabled when JoomSport is activated. I cant say for sure which plugin is causing this, but was wondering if you could help debug? I love the plugin, but is disappointing to not be able to use…

Hi there. If everything is working until you activate your other plugin then that usually suggests that one’s at fault. Send us a link via the contact form on our profile though and we’ll have a look at what you have going on there.

Cheers.

Hi is it possible to load different colour backgrounds instead of a loader image? Eg blue bg then green bg then red bg then the website home page.

Nope, just a single color. But that’s a good idea, I’ve noted it down for a future update.

Cheers.

The background is disappearing slightly faster than loading image, & i do not like the way it looks. What settings do i need to adjust to make them both disappear at the same time? or at the very least make the background disappear after the loading image. I tried to set the background disappearance speed to 2 but that didn’t help.

also

I noticed there is a delay in the loading text appearing. Can this be sped up?

Hi there.

The image and background hide precisely at the same time. The reason you’re seeing what you’re seeing is because you’re using an image that has a white background. With 2 layers of white on top of one another, that creates a double layer so to speak, resulting in what you’re seeing.

If you don’t have a version of your loading image with a transparent background, which would be a ideal solution, then some custom CSS would be required. With your current timing settings, adding this to the bottom of your stylesheet will do the trick (if you change your timing settings in the backend, you’ll need to alter the code below as well):

.bonfire-pageloader-hide { transition:opacity 2s ease 2s, transform 2s ease 2s, left 0s ease 4s !important; -moz-transition:opacity 2s ease 2s, transform 2s ease 2s, left 0s ease 4s !important; -webkit-transition:opacity 2s ease 2s,transform 2s ease 2s, left 0s ease 4s !important; }

Cheers.

Thank you for the speedy response. I am working on creating a version without the white background as we speak. But having the custom css might come in handy if i can’t remove the white background in the gif.

Is there a solution for loading text timing?

Looking at your site, it looks like there’s a hiccup in the text appearing because the code that sets it up isn’t loaded quickly enough. The site loads quite slowly on our end and frequently takes around 20 seconds to resolve the host, so I’m afraid the only recommendation here is to optimize the site better (could be that you need a faster host as well). The PageLoader code is already quite high in the code load order, so nothing to be done on PL’s end.

Cheers.

Your plugin looks great. Does your plugin work on the registration page with WordPress Multi-Site? More specifically, I’d like it to show progress during the registration and account creation process. Thanks!

Hi. The registration page is considered backend; PageLoader works on the front end.

Cheers.

Hi there. Quick question. Is loader in sync with results delivery? I am using one loading circle spinner but it just spins for 4 sec (custom). Sometimes my results pop up in 6 or 7 sec and visitors bounce back because the loading circle is there for 4 sec and disappears after that (still no results to show up) and visitors bounce back from page thinking there are no results. Thanks!

thx for the answer!

I would like to purchase the plugin. Just to make sure before I take it- is it going to work on this microblading near me directory: https://www.microbladingmap.com/

Hi.

I’m not familiar with that particular theme. What can be said though is that PageLoader works with all themes that have been coded according to WordPress standards.

Cheers.

Hello Guys – do you have the settings for Example 3 God of War in Pageloader Plugin? Thanks

Hi. Don’t have examples laid out though all that’s going on in that example is an image, the load bar set below the image and then the animations. Have a look through the settings, the settings are all there laid out logically; should just take a few minutes to get it setup like that.

Cheers.

Hello, Have you a option to load icon only up to when content loads…Not by time….Suppose if content load within 2 seconds then icon loads up to 2 seconds…and if content loads with 10 sections the icon loads up to 10 seconds…NOt by fixed duration of time…

Have you this option enabled on your plugin?

Hi. The loading screen and all other elements of PL disappear when the page is finished loading; that’s the default setting actually.

Cheers.

is there a way to disable this plugin for mobile only? i currently have it configured to show on (static) homepage only, but need to also disable it for mobile. thanks!

Hi. Not out-of-the-box. Can be done but would have to fall under custom work; get in touch via the contact form on our profile if you wish to follow up on that.

Cheers.

Hello, I would like to buy your plugin, but first I have some questions:

1. Did your plugin have the option to put a progress bar in the top (like a the Youtube bar progress) with a gradient color?

2. The bar can be fixed in the top after the load?

3. Is your plugin heavy? Would it affect the performance of my page?

Thanks!

Hi.

1. Yes. 2. The bar will disappear after load. 3. The plugin is very light in its coding. It’s one of our trademarks so to speak; we don’t create bloated products.

Cheers.

Hello, Perfect! But how can I set permanently the bar on the top after the load? Can I put a gradient color with CSS?

I guess you could add a few lines of code to your site that would add that independent of our plugin. And when PL’s loading animation finishes, your bar below it will become visible. Just set it to be the same thickness as you set the PL bar and you should have a seamless transition.

Cheers.

Possible just to have a number % show? Ie quick count from 1 – 100?

Hi. A counter like that isn’t included at this time.

Cheers.

Does this preloader actually load the content of the page first before allowing access to the site ? I am thinking of old flash preloaders. I want my whole page loaded before the preloader animation finishes

Hi. Out of the gate, PageLoader disappears when the browser tab is finished loading.

Cheers.

so what does that mean, browser tab. Like the page loader will disappear once the compete page is loaded ?

When you literally see the loading icon in your browser tab go away, that’s when PL will disappear as well.

Cheers.

hello can i show this on specific page, i am looking for plugin to show loader only on one one page ( woocommerce checkout page)

Hi. I’m afraid that is not in the feature set.

Cheers.

Hello Bonfire, I purchased your plugin because it has an option for mobile. Presently, is installed but not working on my mobile. you cah check from mobile phone on http://www.rhemalongevity.com What do I need to do please?

Hi there,

just purchased your plugin. I thought when reading the description that it is possible to deactivate the pageloader on specific pages. Now after installation I don’t see the setting to do that.

I only need the pageloader for specific Pages. Is that possible?#

Cheers

Hi. You can hide PL on specific pages by disabling it while on that page’s edit page; there’s a metabox below the editing area.

Cheers.

Hi there. Well so easy :D Looks like I was messing around with too many complicated plugins lately. Thank you for your help. Nevertheless I don’t see the option on my portfolio-posts with the avada theme. Any chance to get it integrated there?

Cheers

It works on the default WP posts/pages. If those are custom post types then yeah, it wouldn’t show there.

Cheers.

Hey guys,

You plugin looks awesome.

I’m looking for a page loader that I could use only for a few pages on my site. So for example I’d like to use it on woocommerce cart page when the order is processing and page is loading, or for the form submission pages.

I read in your description that I can exclude the loader from certain pages, but can I do it the other way around and include it only on certain pages instead? Like only pages 3 out of 50?

Can the plugin work this way, only on few pages or is it meant to be loading website wide?

Hi.

Yeah, PageLoader is really designed to be a site-wide loading screen. Applying it as you describe would have to be done as custom work.

Cheers.

Ok, no worries, thanks ..

Is there any way to “force close” the page loader and show the page after a set amount of seconds?

There is a delay option. Or you could use the close link function. Anything beyond that would have to be custom work.

Cheers.

I’m currently demoing your script. My partner bought it from you and he gave me his copy to try. I will buy it if it works. It has the most options of any loader I have found but there’s a problem. Someone earlier had this problem too but you didn’t say how it was fixed.

The “Show once per session” option is off but the loading screen only ever shows 1 time. You previously said it had to do with caching. Indeed if I clear my browser cache, the loader shows 1 time and not again. The other caching I also have is Cloudflare. No caching plugins. How to fix this behavior? I know PHP so I tried editing a few things but haven’t figured it out yet.

I’m excited to buy if it will work with my site. Thanks for your time.

So, do you have a fix or what? You don’t have to give it to me before I buy. It’s just that from where I’m standing, your script has a bug that prevents me from using it.

nvm. I fixed it

Good to hear, cheers.
