Hi, I have one questions:
i purchased your plugin but i want to control the time page loader 1) Can I set the loading time for x seconds? If not in a plugin – is it easy to do editing the source code?
thanks
This can be done quite easily, yeah. Shoot me an email through the contact form on my profile though, we offer support via email.
When i active the plugin and i try to log in, i see this error: http://s16.postimg.org/r8cinwwyt/error.jpg
ps: i use disqus plugin
Log in where? You can’t activate the plugin without being logged into WordPress. I don’t know what the error says but I doubt it has anything to do with PageLoader; there simply isn’t anything in it that would interfere with Disqus. That said, send me some logins and I’ll have a quick look.
Hi, i installed the plugin in my site (www.lavorofisco.it) but i don’t see the option in the admin panel. Where can i customize the plugin?
Hi there, thanks for the purchase
There is no separate options panel. The colors are customized using the built-in WordPress toolset. Go to Appearance > Customize > Colors. The documentation covers this also.
Cheers.
Ah ok, then i suggest you, if possible, a graphical interface to customize the plugin. Furthermore, i suggest you the same idea of joav: “a version where the previous page stays on your screen until the new one is loaded.. with an optional transparent layer on top of it”
You can customize the colors with just a few clicks already, no need for a separate admin page when WordPress has it built-in.
Ok, i just tried now
I have problem when i installed your plugin – pageloader-by-bonfire

As I said via email, it’s highly doubtful this is caused by PageLoader. These are Wordpress php errors you’re seeing.
Quick question before I purchase. I’m not exactly sure how this works. Does it automatically detect when the page is fully loaded and fade away at that point?
Hi there. That is exactly correct
Hi BonfireThemes – nice plugin.
+1 from me, to be able to specify certain pages.
Also, I like the fade and slide-in, but not so much the animated circle of dots – would that be simple enough to disable/hide or customise ?
Yeah, removing the icon is very simple. Just shoot me an email and it can be a quick free customization. If you have an SVG icon you’d like to replace it with, then I can do that as well. Cheers.
Hey, i search for a preloader after the LogIn in the Backend.
e.g. User click on a LogIn link and go the Wordpress LogIn. Is the User write and get the LogIn run the Security. This take 3 seconds but the User see nothing goes on during the LogIn.
Its possible to place the PlugIn at the LogIn?
Regards
Hi there. PageLoader is for the frontend, not the WordPress log in screen.
Cheers.
The author provided customer support instantly and purposeful as well as a customization without taking any additional fees. Thank you!
Well, it was such a tiny customization
Yeah second that, specific pages would be nice,... that’s one of the main reasons I didn’t buy. I like the script, it seems to load smoothly compared to other pre-loaders.
Cheers. I’ll keep that in mind.
Very Nice, I like your style!
You should highly reconsider not having it site wide. I currently use lazy load and they have the option to do page specific.
Other than that it is pretty cool and I may purchase at a later date :]
Thanks
I’ll certainly be updating the plugin in the future and may well add some disable/enable feature.
To those asking, PageLoader can now be disabled on specific posts and pages (as of update 1.1).
I have a need to use loader with specific wordpress pages. in my case to show it when users are on specific Woocommerce product category pages.
Is there any way to do it?
PageLoader is not page-specific I’m afraid; it’s site-wide.
Hey, looks great.. I would like to see a version where the previous page stays on your screen until the new one is loaded.. with an optional transparent layer on top of it (then i’d be likely to use it on every single site i build _ )
one way or the other.. looks good.. i’ll keep this one in mind
That would require a new approach. Cool idea though.
Yes, Please. I’d like to see a demo where I can play with the backend and see all the possibilities.
Would I be able to throw in a shortcodes from this plugin http://www.mnkystudio.com/plugins/ ?
If so I’ll purchase right now!
Hey there.
In the backend there are only the color customization options (it uses the default WordPress color tools under Appearance > Customize).
And it uses an svg icon. To replace that with a shortcode instead would take a bit of meddling in the code.
Would like to see this on a working WP site too.
I’ll get another demo site up tomorrow and post the URL so you guys can have a look. I might get it done today but I’m ridiculously sick right now, so I don’t want to make promises. But tomorrow at the latest.
Here’s a demo site with the default theme for you: http://bonfirethemes.com/pageloader/wp-demo/
Very nice!!Like it
Thanks
Pre-sales request
Is it possible to have the demo link to posts or pages so that its not just the same page reloading? I’d personally like to see the demo working on the wordpress default theme. Thanks.
Sure, just give me an email. I’ll set it up on a dev site temporarily and give you the address.
sure fhumayun at gmail dot com … thanks.
ps – Get well soon
Thanks mate
And here you go: http://bonfirethemes.com/pageloader/wp-demo/
It’s lightweight. Too lightweight. I expected minimum a possibility to configure the content area with a css selector. Or is this a hidden feature ? For my website its not cool to preload the complete page, but it would be awesome to preload the main content area. And it would also be good to have a custom loading animation.
No, there are no hidden features or hidden easter eggs
Everything on offer is outlined clear as day.
About a custom animation; shoot me an email explaining what you’re after.
Cheers.
Well, I bought too fast. How can I get my money back ?
Try Envato support. I’m not sure they give refunds on purchases which have already been downloaded though, especially if they’ve also been rated by the purchaser.
Hi, I have two questions:
1) Is there a possibility to add some text or java scrips code to be displayed with your plugin on loading page?
2) Can I set the loading time for x seconds? If not in a plugin – is it easy to do editing the source code?
Hi Mike.
1) If you know how, then absolutely. You can expand upon it however you’d like.
2) Yeah, if you’d like to show the loading screen for a certain amount of extra time, then this can be changed quite easily. Shoot me an email once you’ve made the purchase and I’ll guide you through it.
Cheers.
great look and very useful
good job, I whish you good luck with the sales !
Appreciated mate
This looks awesome, I want a normal version! Please please please please. :3 I mean a version for html/css websites, I will buy it for sure!
Good work, btw.
Thanks, and please do stay tuned!
Here you go mate, non-WP version now available as well: http://codecanyon.net/item/pageloader-a-preloader-with-content-slidein-/6629805
