Don’t expect any bedside manners or customer service from this developer. They don’t seem to care if you have any issues at all. I reached out for help after the plugin didn’t work for autoresponders. I followed all the useless troubleshooting advice on their support page before reaching out to their team. I also disabled all third-party plugins before contacting them.
My problem is that I created a template and it worked fine for regular campaign with dynamic post content, but as soon as I switched it to an autoresponder and saved that change, it will only send a header and footer but will NOT include any of the dynamic post content.
The author simply said it wasn’t his problem and must be some third-party issue. No further investigation, no asking me for further details or anything – just immediately said “We’ve never heard of this problem. Not our issue.” Must be nice to not offer support just because you claim to have no familiarity with such issue.
Even if it is a third-party issue (which this developer has no way of currently knowing due to lack of ANY support), it would be nice if they could at least tell me “Hey… this other script right here is causing an issue with our own code – could you have that third party fix it?” instead it’s just “Oh, if it’s anything we’ve never heard of, or not what you expected, it’s not our problem. We absolve any responsibility for all issues whatsoever.” Really? Don’t include support for your products if you aren’t willing to actually provide…. support.
Please provide a refund.

Well here are few things we’ve noticed from our side:
1. According to Envato You haven’t even purchased this product
2. Our support system has it’s very own search engine and can do search through all tickets, how come I can’t find anything when I put text from Your provided qoutes ?
3. Same with username “teenhype90210”, finds nothing.
4. Where exactly You’ve had this chat with our support team ?

Shortly speaking it allows users to registers/login to your site application with your custom forms, have and edit profile, post, there are restrictions functionality and actually a lot more.
From backend admin can easily control users, change/delete data, control forms, invitation, custom fields in forms etc.

Since MyMail has changed to Mailster, it can not be used. It is very disappointing.

after I had manually verified the user… he cannot log in with his credentials.
it just says : “Your account is currently being reviewed. Thanks for your patience”
hehehe…... the user even got an email saying your account has been verified.
2 errors in the first 2mintues of my testing on a clean install of wordpress.

MyMail Addon for UserPro plugin uses the settings made in the MyMail plugin. As per my understanding, MyMail plugin allows you to select a single list for newsletter subscription.

But, on my Page nothing changed when i activate the MyMail Plugin. Theres no “Subscribe to newsletter” field in Fields Group. (Only an MailChimp one….) :cry:

How can I integrate UserPro in MyMail? When I am integrating the field “Subscribe to newsletter” in the form there is no checkbox in the registration – interesting that the field name of the subscribe field is “mailchimp_subscribe”. But even if I integrate my Mailchimp account there is no subscription checkbox. But back to MyMail… I have inserted the purchase code in this plugin and set MyMail integration to “ON” in the Newsletter options. Please help.

There might be some conflicting issue with other plugins or theme installed in your WordPress Site . Can you please try disabling the plugins one by one and switch to default theme and see if anyone of them is causing the issues and let me know .
About the field name – it uses the same field for all newsletter subscriptions.

Does this have anything to do with userpro email notifications? e.g. using MyMail to format email notifications.
Client bought this and UserPro for the site I’m building for him. He would like a field option for users to select what newsletter lists they want to subscribe to. Does this plugin provide that functionality? If so, how would I set this up?

You can create multiple fields for Subscribe to newsletter and provide different list IDs for each one. You can add these fields to the “Edit Profile” section, so that users can select the field that they want to subscribe for.
