Secondly, we are in bad time zone, we are on the Pacific Coast (ie the same time zone as Google HQ). Please factor this in when waiting for a response. We have received numerous complaints from people expecting a response within 2-3 hours when they posted a request for support when it was 2am in the morning Pacific Standard Time.
