Hi Carlos. The latest version of WordPress, 5.6, was shipped with a newer version of jQuery that doesn’t seem to be compatible with your awesome plugin. Are you working on an update? I currently have it working using jQuery Migrate Helper, but it’s meant as a temporary solution and also adds a large persistent warning in the dashboard (not your fault though of course). Thanks.

I want to show 2 carousels above each other. If I add logo’s to two different categories and use the same shortcode with the only difference of another category it is conflicting with each other.
They have the same settings in the shortcode but 1 carousel is scrolling faster than the other one and sometimes 1 carousel doesn’t load correct.
I use the horizontal scroll carousel.
These are my shortcodes:

Hi! The speed parameter is calculates based on the amount of logos the slider has. So the 4000 is different for when the slider has 10 or 15 logos. About the slider not loading correctly, I would need to check the page. Hi! There’s no option to set a fixed number of slides to display depending on screensize. However you can set the minimum slides to 1 and the maximum to 0, which will make the plugin check the available space and only display the amount of slides that fit the screen, according also to your width settings. Hi there, i’m getting an odd error on the slider, its not displaying and when I inspect element, its showing the following error:

Any ideas as to why this is having a problem? I’m running the latest version of LogoShowcase and running jQuery 3.4.1. I have tried running a lower version of jQuery and it doesn’t do anything. I have also have ensured that wp_head() and wp_footer() are in the correct places too.
Any help would be amazing!
Just to add to this. All the slider will display when on the screen is the loading icon

Possible conflict with siteground optimizer plugin, which also loads a version of bxslider. Can you confirm if you disable that plugin if it makes a difference? Greetings, Carlos
disabled the plugin, didn’t seem to make any difference. I have also removed the plugin too, just in case it stored something somewhere. Still no dice. Can you see anything else which may be causing this issue. The error is still the same.

Hi! Thank you for your interest in the plugin. The plugin is only able to display images together with the html in the description. The image is mandatory. You could workaround it, hiding the images with CSS and leave only the description that can have HTML. It would work, but the plugin was not built to work that way, so there might be other css adjustments to make and it’s not the best solution. If you have any other questions let me know. Very nice and simple plugin. I downloaded it through Envato Elements. I noticed what I think is a bug:
When the carousel is on auto scroll and you click the next or previous arrow the auto scroll function stops. In order to get it going again you have to refresh the page. Is there a way for the auto scroll function to continue working even after you click the next or previous arrow?

I have one last question: Is there a way to determine how many slides appear on different browser sizes? For example, on larger monitors I have 5 items appearing, but on laptop monitors only 3 items appear. I might need to add more visible slides to the laptop monitor size.
You can either set a min number of logos to display on all screens or set it to ‘0’ so that the plugin calculates how many logos can display without getting cut. You can probably remove so extra padding on the sides to see if a 4th logo fits in laptop for example. Greetings, Carlos

Hello, I have a media library with several different sized logos. In every WP logo showcase plugin I have tested the logos all come out in different sizes and it looks bad. I am wondering if I need to make them all a uniform size in Photoshop first to use your code or will your program size them automatically? Thanks
Hi! Thank you for your interest in the plugin. The plugin creates a custom thumbnail size, which you can control in the settings, to make sure all images uploaded inside the ‘add new logo’ screen will fit inside the same limits. If you already have the images in the library, this won’t happen, you would need to ‘regenerate the thumbnails’. However, this doesn’t solve a common problem which is the logos having different proportions/aspect ratios. Some logos might be predominantly vertical and others horizontal. There isn’t an easy way to fix this, rather than individually editing them to look better when displaying all together. The plugin allows you to ‘resize’ them directly in the preview of the shortcode generator, to see how they look like when published. If you check my demo page: https://cmoreira.net/logos-showcase/ you’ll the logos don’t have all the same width/height. Try downloading the latest version of the plugin (here on codecanyon, in your downloads section) and install the plugin again. You can safely delete the version you have and install the new one, nothing will be lost. Check if the problem persists. The latest version does not output the category. If the category is still there after the update, it will mean it’s not coming from the plugin.
