The database is correctly installed on the server.
So I deleted the “Install” directory and tried to connect.

I purchased this item, as i have many other items from other vendors in the past 15 years! The script was a easy install, however vital parts of the script was not functional! I bought the script on the weekend, and installed it on the weekend, but i couldn’t get any assistance until Monday because Support do not work the weekends! So on Monday, and the rest of the week, Support briefly worked on my issue each day to no avail (the time that they spent trying to get the script working daily was insufficient)! A whole week went by, and i still had a non-functional script! I gave them FTP access, but that wasn’t enough for them. In the end they requested my CP credentials, and of course that’s a hugh no-no, regardless of the self claim professionalism! Professionals know how to get things done without having to gain full access to your Control Panel / Server, and in a respectable amount of time! So in the end i was fed up, and for me time is money! I wasted more than a entire week for nothing, so i requested a refund!

Sometimes FTP is not enough and as I already assured you that we are not interested in any of your data on the server, it would not have been a problem to provide us quick access. Just sent in a contact request—your support ticket system doesn’t give the option to create a ticket, so I used the contact form. The script installs great, configured easily enough with the super admin account. Start to add additional users and then we start to get password issues. Can’t log in with new users, and then if log out on Super Admin and back in for testing, we lose the access to that as well. It seems like session paths are being set for PHP 7.1 and not anything else and most servers do not have 7.1 anymore. Im using 8.1 and above, tested with all 3 available.

To be clear, sending – but if you click on the support link in Code Canyon, it directs you to your website, where you register for support, then there is no option to get support. Same with the documents in the script. The link you included in reply is not posted anywhere, even on your own website. Suggest updating.
