little issue with chat Widget and Agreement form. I f we use ’ character, the widget doesn’t display in frontend.

Exemple, in French, we use ’ character with this sentence “I agree…” > “J’accepte”. So we can’t use the usual French sentence :)

Hi, mobile and desktop app is not necessary for notifications. Desktop, email and sms notifications is also available.

Thanks for the reply. How do desktop notifications work without the desktop app installed? I didn’t think browser desktop notifications worked when a browser is minimised?

They do, desktop notifications are build into any modern browser.
