This code un useable for me because user create this with bad coding. and ERP base on 3 to 5 database table. but this ERP best for students. if anyone want to use this in professional projects this is not useable.

Its your ability to understand the code otherwise bad coding no where exits. How can you said this. Define the bad coding.
Your feedback is bias . And its clearly mentioned on support page that " This project is particularly useful for those who are developing an ERP software for .Net frame-work using vb.net. As the topic of ERP itself is very vast, therefore user can develop as per their requirement after modifying the code."
This is a teaching project not a commercial version.
Think before posting anything . Is it possible to get ERP @44 USD ?. Are you have a mind?.
But its a 100% useful for students as well as professional to get the basic idea with good code.
