Support Policy

Before buying from us you should know that:

  • Support is limited to software project you bought from shahidskt, therefore we will not respond to other topics or will give minimal support like how to configure MS SQL Server 2005 or any other software that’s related to run the source code, source code is developed through different sources and searches but its reproduce with own logic with 100% own customized GUI..

  • Support is not related third parties software including MS SQL Server , Windows Server etc.

  • Support is limited to help you to run the source code project with its functionality. Its can not be bound to any other condition or requirements from your side.

  • Support is limited to help you about our projects, but we will not teach you programming.

  • Support is limited to help you to just only the minimal execution of the project, but will not respond based on your criteria.

  • We will answer to each and every request, but we cannot guarantee a certain response time; it might take less or longer depending on our working load.

  • It is recommended to use separate machine for SQL Server 2005 along with Windows 2008 R2 Server and make proper configurations related to connect MS SQL Server 2005.

  • Support is limited regarding MS SQL Server 2005 Server Configuration.But we will give minimal support if possible.

  • Support is related to SOURCE CODE BASIC functionality and its not related to others software OS configuration.

  • We reserve the right to ignore, ban or report to Envato any kind of feedback that is rude, abusive, mean, offensive or hysterical.
    We reserve the right to deny support for rude, abusive, mean, offensive or hysterical requests.
