Hello Marouf, Thank you for your kind words. This is currently a standalone LAN/VPN remote support and diagnostics system. The server runs on a Windows machine and provides a browser-based dashboard, so it is mainly intended for internal IT support inside a trusted network. It is not packaged as a public SaaS platform at the moment, but it can be deployed in a secure private environment or accessed through VPN. The current agent supports Windows machines only. Mac support is not included in this basic version, but I may consider adding it in a future update if there is enough demand.
