We had to deactivate this plugin because it doesn´t work for weeks and before it causes more problems.

This plugin still doesn't work with PHP 8 although there will be no other way by the end of the year. I deeply regret buying and using this plugin. Support doesn't respond at all.

This plugin is dead. It has not been updated in 2 years and the author will not respond to (paid) extended support requests unless you ask Envato to intervene on your behalf and then the author claims they cannot replicate the issues reported (the issues are easily replicated). The author still does not communicate with you directly even though you have paid for support. The plugin will not work on a clean install of Wordpress 5.9.3 (without any other plugins installed) using the default Wordpress theme (2021 or 2022). Envato's solution is to request a refund on the support fees. We're not sure why Envato continues to allow this plugin to be sold when it's clearly not working and no longer supported.

I tried it in multiple themes, it just don't work, and the developer says it is because of the theme and don't even bother to provide support.

Product never worked for me. No support, the seller is very rude. I simply requested a refund the same day of purchase because this plugin did not work at all the way as described. I really get sick of Envato quality control. I spend a lot of money here, but the majority of authors are hacks, stolen code, or totally bogus, and envato does not give a damn.

The plugin is very difficult to use and set up, especially on a well-established website.
Plugin features are very limited. It is a very simple plugin and I think the price does not correspond to the quality.
In addition, the author will not tell you in advance that without their special theme, the use of the plugin is not only limited, but also considerably more difficult.
Add to that the reluctance of the creator, I can't recommend the plugin.
There are definitely much better options, such as BetterDocs (https://en.wordpress.org/plugins/betterdocs/).

Removed all plugins, made several attempts to get the search results to show up and asked for support by email. Piece of crap, never got it working. Don't waste your money and time on this. Getting it to work is a crapshoot.

It is one of the best plugins for creating a support center. What makes it so useful is the ease with which it can be customized.

This plugin crashed my site. It's a brand-new WP install with nothing else there, so it has to be this plugin.

I would like a refund. Un-necessarilly complicated to get it looking anything like the demo.

I guess I can just code this myself. The plugin looks like sh*t.

Is there a refund? I let myself be carried away by the amount of purchases, but their functions leave much to be desired. I also bought the sidebar, but it does not load the shortcodes of the content of the post, I want to locate the button that calls the "sidebar" in another side and it is not possible, because in that position I have the chat; I do not have a shortcode for the search field, so it is impossible to place the search form in any other part of the website, among other limitations; They should put a demo of the administrator to make a better decision .... It really leaves a lot to be desired. I bought it yesterday, if you can remove my license and return the money, I thank you.

Sometimes you still believe in something and invest again. But I won't pay again for a non existing support.

This plugin is terrible, spelling mistakes, poor documentation.

The idea of a plugin for a wiki is make the job easier but this makes it worse, I ended up using a free wiki plugin I suggest anyone looking at this does the same.
