I would like a refund. Un-necessarilly complicated to get it looking anything like the demo.

I guess I can just code this myself. The plugin looks like sh*t.

Is there a refund? I let myself be carried away by the amount of purchases, but their functions leave much to be desired. I also bought the sidebar, but it does not load the shortcodes of the content of the post, I want to locate the button that calls the "sidebar" in another side and it is not possible, because in that position I have the chat; I do not have a shortcode for the search field, so it is impossible to place the search form in any other part of the website, among other limitations; They should put a demo of the administrator to make a better decision .... It really leaves a lot to be desired. I bought it yesterday, if you can remove my license and return the money, I thank you.

Sometimes you still believe in something and invest again. But I won't pay again for a non existing support.

This plugin is terrible, spelling mistakes, poor documentation.

The idea of a plugin for a wiki is make the job easier but this makes it worse, I ended up using a free wiki plugin I suggest anyone looking at this does the same.

none kind of support. avoid this seller.. don't buy it.. i was afraid about the lower ratings from other consumers, and now i am also a victim of this poor support.

I'm very disappointed.
No support and you pay for it.
No questions answered.
The documentation is very basic.
No subcategories on the sidebar.
You can write descriptions for each category but they don't show up.

No breadcrumbs.

The plugin works well enough but support is horrendous. I created a ticket for a bug with tags not showing and didn't receive an answer for a month. So I opened a new ticket and still no answer. Needless to say I will not be renewing my technical support or referring my friends/colleagues to this plugin.

I have one issue that remains unresolved. Not feeling confident it will ever get resolved.

The plugin works well except for the missing live search bar missing from the main kb page? Live search does appear on each kb article and category pages?

Not very customizable and could not meet the functional expectations of a basic knowledgebase.
