WHAT’S NEW
Spaces Are Now Available for Public Users
Knowledge Base spaces are now accessible to public users directly from the Perfex public page. Any Knowledge Base article that is not marked as an “Internal Article” will be visible to public users under the relevant space. This feature is particularly useful for sharing knowledge articles with your customers.
Include Articles in Multiple Spaces
You can now assign a Knowledge Base article to multiple spaces. This helps you organise your knowledge articles more effectively and improves accessibility for users.
