The Documentation is very Confusing, and The app has some access to privacy-sensitive data without a usage description in info.plist, and the documentation doesn't give a clue of that...
All we need to do is to buy App Publishing service, because we cannot figure it out by reading the documentation

We apologize for any confusion! To clarify, the privacy-sensitive data access mentioned is specific to your app and only applies if your web app potentially uses certain APIs. Apple has a few days ago enforced the NSLocationAlwaysAndWhenInUseUsageDescription requirement, and we've updated our app template as v13.9 to reflect this change as of today.

It's got bugs and it's not easy for beginners, it's very hard to get everything working for updating an existing app in iOS and Android.

Great code quality, easy to understand and setup the application! All of the features I need are working without any problems. The application was approved by Apple in about 2-3 hours after uploading.
Constant updates by the developer adding more features each time.
Customer support response is fast and helpful!
Recently they've added an AI chatbot to the documentation, which found a reply to my question instantly (even when the answer was not in the documentation... AI knows the whole codebase of the app!)
