Very easy to use and great support!

Customer Support is non existent

Your website says "Help and support -- If you run into a problem, we will provide fast support. We reply within 24 hours." This is NOT TRUE. I have commented, messaged, and emailed multiple times over the last 2 months and ZERO REPLY.

Works perfectly for me.

I have raised a question regarding a serious issue I found on the map and for 2+ weeks I have no answer.. It is supposed to be supported and paid for that service.

Markers with Colored Regions are not possible
Hidden neighboring countries with Markers are not possible and many more thinks you cant do with...

I asked a simple question 3 weeks ago, still haven't received any answer.

No contact with support. Plugin doesn't work well on mobile devices.

i have asked for support twice and never heard from the author...meanwhile i keep getting relentless reminders to extend my support and i have not received it once!! they just ignore the requests...support is something that we PAY for when we buy the plugin so it must be given..

He only answer what he want to answer.

At least tell me you can't help me.
