hello sir my client purchased one plugin .. i need support for configaring it in my word press theme

2 things i would like to have 1. As schools events will be more in a calendar month i would like to publish more event pictures and its details, Is it possible to have.

2. I would like to give links of more youtube videos or links of that particular institution. is it possible to have.

I purchased your plugin today and set it up.

I have started adding some listings and once they were in, I then tried using your search shortcode on the home page but its negatively impacting the site apperance, the images are halved in height, icons missing throughout the page etc.

All other pages on the site are fine without the shortcode present.

The shortcode I used was [iv_directories_search post_type=’university’] and changed university for locations to have the dropdown items appearing.

I am using the latest version of WordPress and Avada theme.

Can you please help.

A couple of Pre-Sale questions: 1. Is there a way to remove the User Registration? Login? My Account? I don’t need those functions. 2. The demo does not provide access to the admin (actually it does not work at all). Is there a way to access that to review it? 3. I have bought the Institutions Directory but am having problems getting it the way i need. I want to have a simple (business) directory that has the same layout as the demo.

But insteat of filters like Choose City, Select Degree, and Category, I would like to have filters like:

Country and State ( Land and Provincie in Dutch ) The A-Z filters are perfect the way they are.

For the company info I only need the folowing info:

Company logo Company name Company business location address Company business location zip code Company business location city Company business location state (provincie) Company business location Country Company phone Company email

Company correspondence Address Company correspondence zip code Company correspondence city

Then I would like to have 3 packages. 1 = Free ( showing all info but no logo and no website 2 = Payed ( showing all info, including website but no logo ) 3 = Payed ( showing all info, including logo and has listing on top of the resultspage.

Is this possible with this plugin?

Adding New Field in “Add Listing Page”: I would like to include additional information on the “Add Listing Page,” but I am unable to find the option to add a new field. I have attached a screenshot “all-Listing.png” to illustrate the current situation. Could you please guide me on how to add new fields to display additional information on the listing submission page?

Adding New Events: It seems that there is only one event showing option available, and I am unable to add new events. We require the ability to showcase multiple events on our website. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Customizing Listing Detail Page with Visual Composer: I noticed in the documentation that there should be an option to “Customize your Listing Detail Page by Visual Composer.” However, I cannot locate this option within the plugin settings. Listing Filter Option: According to the plugin documentation, there should be a “Listing Filter” option available. However, I cannot find this feature in the plugin. Can you please guide me on how to add the “Listing Filter” option to our website?

What I would like to do is that when you choose a state, the dropdown for the cities will show the list of cities of that state. Is that possible with this plugin?

I recently installed this plugin on my site. My backend settings for this plugin does not look like the screenshots that are included in the Plugin’s documentation. It appears that the CSS isn’t loading appropriately; making it difficult for me to start using the plugin.

This doesn’t need the theme you installed for demo display correct? How can we go about this?
