The shortcode works just fine in Visual Composer and on responsive sites. However I’ll still be trying a different plugin (iMapper) to customize the spot icons further.
Hello, I appreciate your feedback, cheers!
Hi! Please answer my questions here or at yr support!! 2 mnths already waiting! :(((
ok then i want my money back.. i cant use this in 90% of my websites.. No Support for Visual Composer..
No problem, you can contact Envato Support to request a refund. Authors can’t issue refunds, only Envato does that.

Is it also possible to let a spot link to a #id on the same page or link it to a separate one?
Hi, There is no functionality to add links to the spots, but you can add links in the tooltips.
Cheers
When i use code like this “Agencia Principal ? Colonia Los Castaños Ver en Mapa” The link goes to another row, i have tested with tables,
, but not works. I need the text and link in one only row. Thank you.
“Ver en mapa” is the link (I can not put html code here)
Hello, I believe you need to set a fixed width of the tooltip from the Editor.

Hi,
I bought and installed your plugin. I’ve created a new map (defined title and shortcode) and after that I couldn’t do anything with it.
I can’t open “Settings”, “Editor” or “Preview” tab…
Can you please help me with this?
Thank you in advance!
Hello,
Sounds like something is breaking the plugin. Please submit a ticket and include wp-admin details so I can take a look.
Cheers
P.S. Sorry for the delayed response!
Hi,
I’ve submitted a ticket on your support forum 8 days ago and in that ticket there are also access details to my website. There is no ticket number so I don’t have any other information that I could give you.
I hope you will find the ticket and if not I can send it again at your support email or something like that.
Thank you in advance!
Hi, I’m catching up with the tickets, I believe I answered yours.
Cheers
Hi,
you answered my other ticket regarding “Hotspot Map – Image Tooltips for Layers” plugin but not the one I’ve submitted for “Hotspot Map WP: Powerful annotations & tooltips”.
Can you please take a look at that ticket, submitted 12 days ago?
Thanks!
Hey! more than two weeks passed, no reply here either on yr support system, is that ok???
Nikolay, ese vopros – na iphone otobrazautsa tolko hotspots, no sama kartinka ne vidna, pocemu tak mozet bit?
Hi! Nikolay, mozhno li tekst vnutri polya prinuditelno perenesti na druguyu stroku? A to pri razmeshenii neskolkih punktov v 1 bubble poluchaetsa putanitsa.
works as stated. Wish you could add a class to each hotpot so I can style them individually with CSS. The width popup needs work. The auto is way to small to be readable. Then the fixed width is only in pixels which doesn’t work will for responsive websites.
Hi, I agree on the width of the tooltip. I will think about a solution and implement it in the next version.

How would I make it so that in the content box there were separate fields for Users to input meta data. Such as: like a form there is a title “add year”: they type in the text field: 2010, etc? And they show up in columns inside content box? Alternatively, is there may a way to integrate a form into the box for them to submit? And have their submission show up as meta fields in the Popup box?
Hello,
The plugin doesn’t offer any other functionality than HTML text in the content box. It’s up to you to customize it however you wish.

when i build a slide it test well, but when i imbed it in the site the hotspots are no longer where they need to be? I have tried it with the responceve box checked and unchecked and no diffrenc. Any ideas.
Thanks
Hi, please send a support ticket at webcraft.cc/support.php and I will have a look. Thanks!
Hi, I see in the demo that your pop-up have video and images, do you have a rich content editor for the pop-up content ? thanks
Hi, It’s not a rich content editor, but you can paste HTML. You can use any HTML editor for that.

Really dig the plugin and it’s simplicity, especially for client purposes. However, it’d hit a home run, at least in my case, if the hotspot points were editable, so as to be a custom shape, rather than just square. That wouldn’t already happen to be a function would it? Fingers crossed that I’m just missing something. Thanks!
Hi,
Sorry but there is no functionality for custom shapes, at least for now.
Thank you for the feedback!
Hi, about the responsiveness, is it possible to force the tooltips to stay in the viewable area (inside device’s viewport)?
The best thing you can do is to change the position of the tooltips from the editor – top, bottom, left or right. So they don’t come out of the canvas.
Hello, I have this plugin and I like it’s easy interface and simple setup. However, I have a feature suggestion that would save me lots of time when setting these up. Could you add a clone function, so we could clone existing hotspot images. This would help me when setting up multiple hot spot images. If not, how could we do this quickly in PHPMyAdmin or something?
Thank you for your feedback, I’ve been considering this feature. However it’s not very straightforward to implement, so I can’t help you do it unfortunately.

Hi, I’m working on Wordpress 4.0.1 but I always get an errore when trying to install the plugin.
It seems it can’t find a valid plugin in zip file.
Any suggestions?
Yes, extract the zip that you downloaded from CodeCanyon, and you will find another zip inside, which is the plugin itself. It’s named “plugin.hotspot.map.zip”
Hi,
thank you for the plugin. It is easy to install and simple to add a hotspot.
But the documentation is really short
Where can I change some settings like a link, the background color of the tooltip, or change th hotspot look. Are there parameters I can add to the short code?
Thank you for your answer Sausebaer
The documentation seems short because I tried to integrate it in the admin panel as much as I could. If something is not documented, like shortcode parameters, then it simply isn’t there.
Regarding the customization – at this point the only thing you can change from the editor is the color of the spot. To change the background color of the tooltip or the color of the text you must use CSS.
Also, the content of the spots can be HTML, so you can put images, links, video or whatever you want in the tooltip.
ok, but then the automatically generated link shouldn’t go to the edit panel! If where can iI change this? You can have a look here: http://dev.bitmedical.ch/dev2/
The plugin does not output any links except those in the tooltips. This should be a conflict with another plugin or maybe the theme. Please send a ticket at http://webcraft.cc/support.php and I will have a look.
Thank you for your reply. How can I open a ticket not using a socialmedia account? (I don’t have a facebook, google+ or twitter account)
Just send me an email from my profile page then.
