These are the basic requirements I am looking for. Does your Software has these following features..
1. Different employees / staff / users will generate their own leads and cannot access other’s leads (they will have access only to their own leads) 2. It should Automatically search Duplicate phone numbers and email id while adding a new lead from complete database / leads / customers. 3. Admin can able to assign different permissions to employees / staff / users

We enter Leads as per Products Required to customers and when we get the product in stock we search all the leads for that particular products. and export the customers list to send them SMS or EMail?
Can we do that?

i have tried to get support using above support wizard it is not working … i have submitted my details, my db details it is not getting any confirmation mail – please share i would like to explain the issue – multi user role login not working, i have created admin and users, admin only working other logins not working. please provide how to use the support email. – my email id sateeshh@gmail.com.

I see, that if you build this type of web based application according to zoho crm app, it will list you a new millionaire in envato market. cause all crm here has a pretty poor features.
