Hi This Plugin looks like the right plugin for me.
I have 2 websites which have multiple villas and apartments for rent.
These need to have:
- same day check in check out,
- Seasonal Pricing
- Availability calendar
- Add on services
- (Ideally gcal sync)
Does your plugin do all of these things?

When you write “Same day check-in and check-out”, you mean that if someone check out of the apartment at noon for example, another client can check-in in the afternoon. This is absolutely possible.

Hello, i have a presale questions. Is this plugin compatible with WPML. And does it synchronize with booking.com automatically or it must be done manually?

1. Yes, HBook is compatible with WPML, no problem at all.
2. HBook supports iCal synchronization which means that it can sync with booking.com. I would recommend that you check with booking.com support team of your country as it seems booking.com does not support iCal sync in some countries.

If i got it correct, i just update hbook in my site and then it automatically sync with booking.com? Is that correct. It sync prices and availability?
Does it also sycn with expedia?
iCal is about syncing calendars only, not other data. So if you sync HBook with booking.com, it allows you to have automatically updated availability calendars on both platforms. It does not sync the prices. Syncing other data as prices, seasons… requires XML synchronization.
To my knowledge, Expedia does not support iCal syncronization.
I need to have a price frome september to june for minimum 4 days stay, if customer take 5 it is + 15 € plus and 6 days + 30 €. But if they stay 7 days it is a special price. Week end and weekdays rates does not exist for our accommodation. Just based of the number of days.
Also, during july and august, we only rent 7 days per days with a unique price
Can your plugin will be able to manage many prices for a same room depending only of the number of days the customer will take.
- price for 4 days
- + extra € for 5 and 6 days
- special price for 7 days
- 1 week rental during july august with an other special price

Yes, you can set that there is a minimum stay of 4 days for a specific season and 7 days for the other. You can as well set prices depending on the number of nights easily. This is not an issue.
You can set that july/august is only with weekly rental.

I have buyed this plugin. My client asks me if there is a possibility to book more rooms. Is this option foreseen in the new updates? For example, two couples want to book two double rooms without double booking. It is not possible?

Hello, I have a case like this.
An assistant reseves 4 rooms for 4 doctors with a single email address – the assistant’s email. She got 4 notification emails for 4 doctors, but when I check the admin reservation, all 4 doctors’ names have been changed to the latest doctor reserved by the assistant.
I realized that all of them sharing the same customer ID – the assistant’s ID based on the email address.
So everytime she reserved a room with a new name, all of the reservation names under her ID will be changed to the latest one,
How could I deal with this situation ?
One person with a single email address register some rooms for a number of people but in the admin reservation stlll keep each name of them ?

With HBook, a customer id is associated to one email address. Customers details are updated each time a reservation is made with an email address which already is associated to a customer.
You need to add a new field in the booking form (for example “Doctor’s name”) and that field is associated to the “Reservation” and not “Customer”. For each field of the booking details form, you can set if it is linked to the Customer or the Reservation. If it is associated to the Reservation, the information is not added to the customer information.
For example, John Doe is a returning client but the flight number is different at each booking so it needs to be associated to the reservation and not to the client.

There is no field that could be used to place something before the title of the Customer details form. You can do that with the field “Explanations” at the top of the customer details form.
it seems using the shortcodes with Pagebuilder (which comes with my theme) doesnt work correctly: using [hb_booking_form search_only=”yes” redirection_url=”search-booking-results”] this in a standard wordpress page in text mode , the form displays horizontally, but when adding it inside rev slider, or adding it inside a pagebuilder row the search form displays vertically; how can i get this working horizontally using pagebuilder rows and text widgets
