We are running into an issue with the GreenForms Klaviyo integration. It appears to still be using deprecated Klaviyo v1 API endpoints, which prevents integrations with Klaviyo from working as advertised.

I have submitted a support request but haven’t heard back yet. Could you please advise whether an updated Klaviyo integration is planned or how this should be handled?

I have some feedback / a feature request. Today, I was not able to buy/sell an additional (third) license of your forms because a customer explicitly required a status and internal comment field in the “Record Details.”

When a form receives multiple submissions or more than one team member accesses the records, it’s currently not possible to see whether a request has already been read, is being worked on, or has been completed. Even with only a few requests and a small team, this quickly leads to confusion—team members don’t know whether a request has already been handled. There’s also no way to leave internal notes such as “customer not reached” or “waiting for response.”

Simple statuses like Open, WIP, and Done, combined with an internal comment field, would significantly improve clarity and coordination when handling requests. I’d appreciate it if you would take this into consideration.

Do you have idea why Paystack is collecting payment but script is showing ‘UNPAID’ instead of ‘success’ thereby preventing the script from sending notification to admin?

I configured notification to be sent out ‘After Payment is Successful’. This issue is causing lots of damages to my business because we don’t receive notification after successful payment, only for us to see payment received on Paystack dashboard.

First of all, thank you for your great work on this plugin – it has been incredibly helpful and works really well for our needs!

I noticed that modern browsers (and tools like Lighthouse) are flagging the use of a deprecated API in the plugin: specifically, the use of synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread. This is considered problematic because it negatively affects performance and the user experience. It also leads to warnings in performance audits and might eventually stop working in future browser versions.

Are there any plans to update the plugin to avoid using synchronous requests – perhaps switching to asynchronous calls or fetch()?

Hi there. I am reaching out due to experiencing an issue. When I’m logged in to the Greenform app and am doing some changes on the webforms, I get an error message from the server which says ‘unexpected server response.’ I realized that on this server, this ONLY happens when there is more than one file upload field involved. What should be increased on the server side in order to be able to quickly save the forms? Also, up until now, changes to all forms have been taking FOREVER to save and I never had this issue on other servers. Any help you can provide will be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.
