Hi, Our CV Handmade Signatures plugin has been working well for a long time now (18 months+) but it just stopped working on the full forms. I think it followed a recent upgrade to Gravity Forms. I have just upgraded both the CV plugin and the Gravity Forms to the latest version 1.2.0 and 2.6.0.2 and it’s still not working. The signature box works correctly in Preview mode (And we can scribble with the mouse) but when the form is opened properly, there is no response in the signature field at all. Is it a compatibility issue with the latest versions?

Could you please give us an answer? It’’s been almost two weeks since we first notified this bug and this is keeping our project back.. If it cannot be done, that’’s it, but at least let us know.

Hi, while editing an entry manually, the signature field becomes empty, therefore the generated pdfs (with GravityPDF) does not have the signature anymore. The file still exists in ../gravityforms/uploads/cvhs/ecc. Any advice on this? Thanks, Laurentiu

This was working fine but now the plugin is no longer displaying submitted images. The capture is working ok and I can see the images in the uploads directory. However, the link to the images is not working, e.g.

I think this was caused by an attempted migration to another server and database which was reversed when it didn’t work properly. However, all is back as it was but even newly uploaded images aren’t linking properly. Where can I check paths / associations etc.?

It works just like promised. Better if can make the background transparent instead of white background.

Is there any way change the background of the signature field? I want them to be able to mark up an image as part of a gravity form. I tried using CSS but haven’t been able to get it to work.

which doesn’t resolve. In the Gravity PDF template I am just calling the field using shortcode like normal.

A pre-purchase question. Is it possible to set a background image to the signature pad?

Problems with signature addon, It is installed and working but when the form is send, in the form entries and the email the image of the signature is not display and shows an error message ” The image… cannot be displayed because it contains errors”

I’m getting a 403 error when i submit with a signature. Is this common?

Hi there, this works well enough for us, except when we have a form with two signature fields in it … one for the signer, and one for a witness …. then the final result only shows the second signature in both places for signatures The fields are named differently, etc ….. Should we be able to have two different signature fields in the same form?
