Installed and set up plugin. I don’t have any plugins enabled, running php 8.0. Upon submission I get this critical error:

Hi, I have found that certain symbols cause problems with the doc generation.. mainly the & symbol.. Anytime that symbol is used it corrupts the word doc. Are you aware of this? And is there a solution.

Is this a simple replace placeholder with form field data solution? or can the word documents have conditional elements (eg if the Q in form is “type of party” where choice is individual or company, choosing individual inserts a paragraph saying the individual is of sound mind whereas corporate states that it has all necessary shareholder approval).

I´m not finding very much by way of documentation to explain what’s possible. Just a generic wordpress site and Fehler 404 – Seite nicht ge.funden. Is there a list of instructions on usage/video on youtube to show its application?

I have contacted you via support regarding the signature image not showing in the word document generated.

I have read the documentation and can generate a html output that is fine. The issue is with the word document which is missing the signature image.

Sed nec bibendum dolor. Sed tincidunt neque eget est sagittis dapibus. In ut sem at est molestie feugiat ac ac libero.

Interdum et malesuada fames ac ante ipsum primis in faucibus. Nullam quis gravida libero. Fusce malesuada est metus, sit amet euismod mauris dictum a.”

in Word file it appears like this:

Seems to be problem with your plugin and with gravity view. I tried latest versions but doesnt work. Support from GravityView said it is conflict with your plugin, can you help please?

We can’t reproduce this issue, and we don’t have any similar reports from other users.

However, based on that error message (class SpGfDocuments does not have a method “spgfdocs_gravityview_edit_entry_after_update”), I suspect this might be a conflict related to this other plugin instead:

(SP Gravity Forms Documents)

I suggest you try disabling that plugin and check if the issue persists.

If that solves the issue, but you still need to use that plugin, you can try contacting SP Gravity Forms Documents’ author.

Like richardautus above: no support whatsoever from developper on any channel I can think of.

My support has now expired after purchasing this plugin and I am yet to receive the support I requested 5 months ago. I’ve tried contacting the plugin developer by all mechanisms available while under support and no reply.

Since I haven’t received any answer whatsoever for 3 tech support requests (2 here on envato, 1 directly over the plugins website contact form), I’ll try here: MS Word on MacOS can’t open .docx files created by the plugin, however Apple Pages can open them. Is that a known bug, and what can we do about it? Thanks.

How can I NOT show field label , which are empty.

For eg : In my Gravity Form , customer has filled only FIRST and LAST name and NOT filled MIDDLE name. So, I don’t want to display MIDDLE NAME field in WORD DOC.
